Decided to write his own screenplay with a major part in it for himself. "The Way" film is a direct result of this desire.

In 2000 he decided to become a certified personal trainer and not wait tables anymore. He achieved his certification by A.C.E. and has been a personal trainer ever since.
He worked as a waiter at the Polo Lounge in the Beverly Hills Hotel from 1995 to 2000.
He graduated from the N.Y. Institute of Technology in 1973 with a B.F.A. in Advertising Design. He decided to pursue acting when he was 26 and became the "conciliatory waiter" at the same time.
His marathon P.R. is 2 hours 33 minutes finishing ninth place in the 1986 San Diego Mission Bay Marathon. It was his first marathon.
Almost died at the age of 28 due to heavy cigarette smoking and generally bad habits and decided to start jogging and having a healthier life style. Within two years he became one of the best runners in New York City eventually getting a sponsorship by Reebok.
An honorary observer at the Actor's Studio in 1979 where he acted in a play called "The Consoling Virgin" opposite another observer named James Hayden.
