Kieran Rayner is a London-based Kiwi operatic baritone, actor and voice actor. Career highlights include principal roles with The Royal Opera House, Garsington Opera, Longborough Festival Opera, English Touring Opera, IF Opera, VOPERA, and Festival Opera NZ. A graduate of the Royal College of Music London and the New Zealand School of Music, and previous Young Artist with Britten Pears Arts, Independent Opera, Verbier Festival, and NZ Opera. Winner of the international Sing Finzi competition, International Handel Competition finalist, Wigmore Hall International Song Competition semifinalist and Royal Overseas League prizewinner. As a writer-performer, he has created interactive play/recitals for the Aldeburgh Festival and Samling Arts. He has performed solo at the Royal Albert Hall and Buckingham Palace, as well as across Europe, Asia, and the Pacific Islands.
