Exclusive: Talent agent Marisa Patella has joined Prototype Talent Agency. Formerly with A3, Patella joins Prototype following the recent closure of the agency.
Patella was a fast-rising star at A3 where she began in 2019 as an assistant in the Talent division before being promoted to Coordinator and then Talent Agent. Patella studied Arts Administration at Wagner College and began her career as a casting assistant at Laura Stanczyk Casting, where she focused on Regional Theatre, Off-Broadway and Broadway Productions. Patella is based in New York and will work with the Talent department in film and television but will also help expand the agency’s theater presence.
Patella’s hiring comes just days after Senior Talent Agent Pietra Ingenito joined the agency, as well as the recent hires of talent agents Julian Cohen and Alex Rand-Lewis.

Exclusive: Veteran rep Pietra Ingenito has joined Prototype Talent Agency as a senior talent agent. Ingenito comes to Prototype following a 5-year stint with A3 Artists Agency, which recently ceased operations.
Ingenito began her career as an assistant at Greene and Associates, before spending several years at TalentWorks as an agent, working with numerous actors in film and television.
Clients joining Ingenito at Prototype include Olivia Liang (Kung Fu), Chelsea Harris, Damien Diaz (Hard Miles), Jeremy Shada (Julie & The Phantoms), Kayla Smith, and Nicole Zyana. Others are expected to follow shortly.

Exclusive: Talent Agent Julian Cohen has joined Brian Wittenstein’s Prototype Talent Agency.
Cohen was previously at Verve where he was the first hire within the then-newly formed talent department. He began his career on the management side at Entertainment 360 under Suzan Bymel, where he moved up the ranks, being promoted to Talent Manager in 2019.
Cohen has discovered and developed many talented young actors over the years, with current and former clients including Keith L. Williams, Herizen Guardiola (The Get Down), Sam Corlett (Vikings: Valhalla), Ahmed Elhaj (Black Cake), and Mika Abdalla. He is a graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts with a degree in Film.

Prior to Prototype, Rand-Lewis was with A3 Artists Agency, where he started in the mailroom and worked his way up through the ranks as an assistant in the Voiceover department before moving over to Talent as an assistant, coordinator and then being promoted to talent agent. During his time at A3, Rand-Lewis worked with talent including Rj Mitte (Breaking Bad), Taylor Misiak (Dave), Steven Krueger (Yellowjackets), and Samuel Roukin.
“One year ago, I launched this agency to create a new destination for talent representation and am excited to add Alex to the team,” Wittenstein said. “His energy, passion and way of thinking about the business truly aligns with what we are doing over here at Prototype.”

Exclusive: A3 Artists Agency has promoted Alexis Holt, Dani Jacobson, Alex Rand-Lewis, Sam Yabrow and Brian Sacripanti to agent.
Holt and Jacobson were upped to agents in the Digital Media Division, with Rand-Lewis, Yabrow and Sacripanti rising in the ranks of the Talent Division.
Making the announcement was the talent and literary agency’s CEO, Robert Attermann.
“Alexis, Dani, Alex, Sam and Brian have each demonstrated their commitment to always doing what is best for the client,” said Atterman. “Their hard work and dedication have helped the agency take a 360-approach, allowing for our clients to be serviced by every division across the agency.”
Holt joined the agency in April 2019, starting out as an assistant in Digital before being promoted to coordinator in March of this year. In the time since, she has worked with a wide variety of clients across campaigns, building out a roster of digital-first talent from diverse backgrounds.
