Preston Montgomery Carmichael is an accomplished actor, author and ex-dancer best known as one of the lead actors in the award winning, multi-nominated Canadian television series Sex and Violence, working alongside Oscar winner Olympia Dukakis. In the late 1980's and early 1990's while in his teens and early twenties, he did short films using a different name; mostly surrealistic and horror related, before recently going in a more mainstream direction with his work. He resides in British Columbia and is working on three books, including a coming-of-age novel; the first novel that will be under his legal name.
Has a missing front tooth from playing hockey and wears a chrome cobalt denture for it. Refuses to get it replaced due to casting and using it for roles.
