Rick Nowak has been promoted to Coo at New Wave Entertainment, handling the day-to-day operations of the production and marketing company.
In addition, Alan Duke has been upped to executive vp/general counsel, while Greg Woertz has been promoted to executive vp/Cfo. The news follows on the heels of Alan Baral leaving his position as co-ceo on July 3. Baral is continuing with New Wave as a consultant as he looks for other opportunities.
Nowak, Duke and Woertz will oversee operations for all New Wave services and brands, which include TV and film production, talent management, home entertainment, finishing, motion graphics/Av promo division the Studio at New Wave and Zoo Street Music.
Paul Apel remains with the company as owner and CEO.
