It’s been ages since we heard anything from Vietnamese director Anh Hung Tran’s crime noir thriller “I Come with the Rain”. Maybe the producers are waiting for Josh Harnett, the film’s star to suddenly become a wanted commodity again, or maybe they’re waiting for “G.I. Joe” to blow up so they can promote co-star Byung-hun Lee. Caught in the crossfire between the mafia and the police, Kline is haunted by memories of »
