Sometimes, Netflix offers documentaries that just can’t slake our appetite for an adrenaline rush. Unquestionably, Missing: Dead or Alive is one of them. The four episodes of the show each feature a distinct missing-person story that is based on a real-life incident. The search for David Taylor was the only one of these instances that felt captivating to watch, but the concluding episode, which detailed the true story of Sierra Stevens, a 17-year-old girl who went missing, was executed terribly and a weak attempt to wrap up the series.
Spoilers Ahead

Due to the fact that both of Sierra’s parents were drug addicts and unable to care for their children, she had a challenging upbringing. When Sierra’s mother overdosed and died, her father took over as her sole guardian. However, Sierra made...

In the third episode of Missing: Dead or Alive? while the Richland County officers had just received the news that Amirah Watson had been found safe and alive, another missing person case came their way. David Taylor, a decent family man from the woods of Barnwell, went missing. He had just won the lottery, but before he could cash the check and start living his life, he unexpectedly disappeared. Only his truck, laden with numerous tools and everything but his phone and lottery ticket, was discovered on the roadside along the interstate. This scenario seemed suspicious because why would a decent individual who had just won the lottery leave his vehicle and run away? Or did someone else compel him to do so? Let’s find out.
Spoilers Ahead
Did David Taylor Get The Prize Money?
David Taylor was the father of three grown children and came from a respectable background.

Elizabeth Holmes, a former Silicon Valley darling whose rapid rise and fall as the founder of the life sciences company Theranos that inspired the upcoming Jennifer Lawrence film “Bad Blood,” was indicted Friday on wire fraud charges.
Also indicted was Ramesh “Sunny” Balwani, who held several high-profile positions in Theranos, a company that told investors it would revolutionize medical testing through innovative new methods for drawing and testing blood.
Holmes and Balwani were charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and nine counts of wire fraud, federal prosecutors said. They are accused of engaging in a multimillion-dollar scheme to defraud investors, “and a separate scheme to defraud doctors and patients,” prosecutors said in a news release.
