Dance Monsters Had A Star-Studded Cast & A Huge Budget
Dance Monsters is a dance talent show that focuses on visual effects. It was compared to ITV’s The Masked Dancer. The show was filmed in London, but it was streamed around the world on Netflix.
Each competitor dressed up as a monster of some sort for their performance and typically used a lot of lights and color on stage. The contestants also performed away from the judges and audience, making it easier to “let loose.”

Dylan Mulvaney dons dark makeup and slicked down hair while hitting the carpet at the 2023 Virgin Atlantic Attitude Awards held at The Roundhouse on Wednesday (October 11) in London.
The 26-year-old TikTok star is the recipient of the first Woman of the Year award at this year’s ceremony.

Last weekend, a dance-off decision landed Strictly in hot water… again. Singer Fleur East faced radio presenter Richie Anderson in the bottom two, despite the fact both had placed respectably in the middle of the leaderboard. East and her partner Vito Coppola had performed an elegant American smooth to “Part of Your World” from The Little Mermaid. Anderson and Giovanni Pernice, meanwhile, had spent a good portion of their samba to “Hakuna Matata” faffing around (as Len Goodman would have grumpily put it) dressed as a meerkat (Anderson) and a surprisingly curvaceous warthog (Pernice).
Now, you don’t need multiple Latin championship wins under your belt – as head judge Shirley Ballas has – to see that there was a clear winner to this “Battle of the Disneys” dance-off, and it wasn’t Anderson. The other judges unanimously voted to save East, meaning she stayed in the competition, but Ballas admitted her...

Every year, Strictly Come Dancing brings its yearly spook-fest back to the dance floor.
By now, we’ve seen hundreds of dancers take part in the themed competition week, hoping to impress the judges with routines that are less trick, more treat.
For fans, Halloween is one of the biggest nights in the Strictly calendar. Design-wise, it doesn’t get more extra than this, with the perfect performance featuring a spooky costume and song choice that are well linked together. However, it’s not always easy and we often see a slightly spooky song title pushed together with a random costume that doesn’t exactly make sense or scream Halloween. After all, there are only so many times the show can do the “Monster Mash”.
The best Halloween dances bring all these elements together, from design, to music, to (naturally) the actual dancing. Among this top 10 we have a lot of tangos,...

The Pussycat Dolls, the girl group formed by Robin Antin in the mid-1990s which featured former “X Factor” judge Nicole Scherzinger, is suing British news outlet the Daily Mail over stories it ran in October 2017 claiming that the members were abused and that the group served as a “front for a prostitution ring.”
The allegations were made by a former backup singer named Kaya Jones, who was quoted extensively in an Oct. 17 article with the headline: “Exclusive: Defiant ex-Pussycat Doll Ms. Jones tells how top record exec sexually assaulted her in the back of his limo – one day after saying the band was more ‘prostitution ring’ than pop group.” In various articles related to the claims, she also asserts that the girls were “drugged” and that Antin was “responsible” for their treatment as well as the 2014 suicide death of Simone Battle, a member of girl group G.R.L.

Joe Biden is still trying to do right by his son.
The former Vice President gets emotional on his upcoming appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show while discussing his new book, Promise Me, Dad: A Year of Hope, Hardship and Purpose, which he wrote about his late son, Beau Biden.
"I'm going to sound like a typical dad, but I wanted people to know what a remarkable son my son, Beau Biden, was," Biden explains. "I wanted to write about what an incredible man he was, and what a relationship he had with his brother, a year and a day younger, and his sister, and how he really built this family of mine."
Beau died in May 2015 of brain cancer. He was 46 years old. During his Ellen appearance set to air on Monday, Biden says that he hopes his book will inspire others find a "purpose" after going through tough times of their own.

Dancing With the Stars fans couldn’t contain their excitement after head judge Len Goodman awarded not one, but two 10s on Monday’s Disney Night.
The first perfect score from Goodman, 73, was given early on in the show after Lindsey Stirling and Mark Ballas performed a foxtrot to “When You Wish Upon a Star.”

A lot of great TV horror movies rely on a final image, a real shocker, to hammer home the fear. But not all of them. When Michael Calls (1972) is a telefilm that measures out its chills, leading to a logical conclusion (for a small screen sinner) instead of an iconic screen shot for nostalgic viewers. Regardless, this one provides a platform for a solid thriller with a pedigree behind and in front of the camera.
Originally broadcast on Saturday, February 5th, as the ABC Movie of the Weekend, When Michael Calls had the normal competition from CBS’ New Dick Van Dyke Show/Mary Tyler Moore Show and NBC’s Saturday Night at the Movies. But ABC’s Movies of the Week (on Tuesday’s, and here) almost always won out with viewers, providing exciting, original fare. This one is no exception.
