- Jerry worked on on the same film, "A Matter of Degrees", with John F. Kennedy Jr. The only movie that Kennedy ever made.
- Worked for 40 years in fine and commercial art. He was a magazine cover artist for a weekly news magazine. His main expertise in art is painting murals. He studied at one point with instructor Richard Merkin at the Rhode Island School of Design. Jerry finally retired after 20 years as Superintendent of the Art and Signage Department of MDC, Boston.
