Jule Styne composed the music. Betty Comden and Adolph Green wrote the lyrics. Kenny Solms and Gail Parent wrote the new book based on the original book by Anita Loos.
- (Summer 1963) He acted in Richard Morris' musical, "The Unsinkable Molly Brown," in a Kenley Players production at the Veterans Memorial Theatre in Columbus and the Packard Music Hall Theatre in Warren, Ohio with Phyllis McGuire in the cast. John Kenley was artistic director.
