- In 1968, he co-starred in a demonstration film made for CBS called "Man from the 25th Century". The plot concerned an boy, kidnapped by aliens, who returns to Earth as a man to help them repel attacks by flying saucers from another planet. The film, which starred James Darren, was never aired.
- Appeared on Broadway as "Will Stockdale" in No Time for Sergeants.
- Did a road tour as "Brick" in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.
- Played leads in the following plays in stock: Bus Stop, Picnic, The Rainmaker (with Geraldine Page & Frank McHugh), Tea and Sympathy (with Linda Darnell), Sabrina Fair (with Peggy Ann Garner), Holiday (with Kim Hunter), Dial M for Murder (with Lee Bowman), King of Hearts (with Jules Munshin), On Borrowed Time (with Gene Lockhart), No Time for Sergeants, and Cat On a Hot Tin Roof.
- Did commercials for Johnson Outboard Motors, Solarex Sunglasses, Goodyear Tires, Bonomo Candy, Oldsmobile, and some industrial shows.
