- In April 2008, Lindanne had an Cochlear ear implant in Baltimore,Md by Dr.John Niparko at the John Hopkins Hospital. In May 2008, she had the implant turn on..as of today she has regain the full use of hearing.
- Attended Talladgea School for the Deaf and Blind in 1967-1968. It is there that she learned to lip-read and sign language.
- In 2007, Lindanne founded and formed "Lindanne Lewis Foundation". The foundation's mission is to target musicians and bikers on education concerning hearing loss, hearing protections and hearing solutions. Also to put Closed Captioning in motion picture theaters and for Sign language to be taught in public and private schools.
- Is younger twin to sister Laurianne.
- Sister to Jenny (born February 1950), Judy (born June 1957), Laurie(born May 1958), Cindy (born July 1959) and Mary (February 1962-1999).
- Lindanne's sisters, Laurieanne and Cindy are also both deaf as a result of the mumps.
- Is working an a proposal making it a law to teach sign language and lip-reading in public/private schools.
- Owns an 2004 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail motorcycle.
- Her favorite music are all the '70s hits, but mostly Eric Clapton, Paul McCartney and John Denver.
- Has a tattoo of a sunshine on her back below her right shoulder and a dragonfly on her right wrist so as she paints, "the dragon flies".
- An experience Harley-Davidson motorcycle rider for over 20 years.
- Started painting her bedroom walls and furniture while as a teen.
- Her twin sister Laurieanne has had an ear implant also but has not been able to advance with it.
