Jay Gordon was born in San Francisco California, in January of 1967. He always grew up around music and was always very good at it. He used to play bass for four years, until he met Ryan and soon things began to fall together to become Orgy. They never did want to play many small town shows because they didn't want to become burnt out. Good thing Ryan had previously played in a band with Korns lead singer John Davis. Orgy was soon signed to Elementree/Reprise records. They hid themselves away in a cabin in Tahoe to do their first CD, 'Candyass', released on August 18 1998. They later released their second album, 'Vapor Transmission', on October 10 2000. Now all five of the boys are recording their third album planned on being released sometime in September... along with Bobby's (drummer) expected baby! Congratulations Bob!!! Now Jay is planning on opening a record company of his own. Good luck to them all.
