If you watched Season Three of Only Murders in the Building, you know it ended with, well, another murder in the building. But if there’s one thing fans can count on, it’s that Mabel (Selena Gomez), Charles (Steve Martin), and Oliver (Martin Short) will be sure to follow the case closely.
The series’ season three premiere marked the highest-rated Hulu episode of 2023, and the show nabbed nearly a dozen Emmy nominations, making expectations for the next season even higher. And while some themes will remain tried and true...

Armageddon Time is a movie written and directed by James Gray, starring Michael Banks Repeta, Anne Hathaway, Jeremy Strong and Anthony Hopkins.
A well presented story, perfectly coordinated, balanced and magnificently interpreted. So tender yet bitter, which Gray has rendered onto film with the perfectly measured amount of drama.
Premise
Set in Queens, New York in the early 1980’s, it tells the story of Paul, a boy with a Jewish background who befriends his rebellious classmate Johnny, a Black American. Their friendship is not welcome by Paul’s family, and he has to face the truth of inequality and prejudice.
Armageddon Time (2022) Movie Review
A wonderfully sober feature for film critics, yet rather slow and melancholy for the audience at large. So, we should probably side with both, thinking that it is not James Gray’s pretension to make a movie that will become a mass phenomenon with this number,...

With reigning Screen Actors Guild Awards champion “Ted Lasso” benched this cycle, the battle for the top comedy prize is absolutely no laughing matter. Right in the middle of the pack of a mix of new, buzzy series and returning favorites sits Hulu’s deviously funny ensemble comedy “Only Murders in the Building,” which returned from its freshman outing with a strong sophomore run. Will the star power of its cast help it bury its competition and win its first prize?
As of this writing, Gold Derby’s users expect “Only Murders” to reap three nominations at the 2023 SAG Awards, in Comedy Ensemble and two in Comedy Actor for Steve Martin and Martin Short. That would match the number of bids it earned for its first season, for which the series went home empty-handed. But this time around, this spoof of true-crime podcasts has some wind in its sails after...

Spoiler Alert: This article reveals major plot points from the Season 2 finale of Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building.
Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building concluded its second season on Tuesday with a murder reveal party to rival any other before it—even if there wasn’t cake.
But let’s start at the beginning.
Since Season 2 premiered, there was quite a lot of attention focused on Poppy (Adina Verson), who even this season, was mostly a secondary character. Poppy is Cinda Canning’s (Tina Fey) assistant who was behind much of Cinda’s success as a true-crime podcaster.
But there was more than meets the eye as it pertains to shy and introverted Poppy, as it were. To begin, Poppy wasn’t even her real name. She was born Becky Butler, a small-town girl from Chickasha, Oklahoma who worked for the local mayor. Becky was treated poorly...

What a perfectly executed finale (pun intended)!
Only Murders In the Building Season 2 Episode 10 ties two seasons of mystery and murder together with so many twists and turns that there was hardly room to breathe!
How many times did you gasp? When Mabel steered away from Cinda and accused Alice? When Alice "confessed"? When she "stabbed" Charles? When Poppy started laying into Cinda? It was a roller coaster!
God! This is really not feeling like a finale yet, is it?

I'm still recovering from how fantastic this finale was. It was so funny, clever, and expertly paced. The reveals were doled out crumb by crumb until we finally had a delicious cake.
Let's dish it up!
Must you poop on every party, Charles?

This recap of Only Murders in the Building contains spoilers for season 1.
One of the more eclectic concepts to come out last fall was Hulu’s engrossing and enjoyable Only Murders in the Building. Perhaps it shouldn’t have come as a complete surprise, as the show starred bastions of comedy Steve Martin and Martin Short, and most of what they have done (especially together) is pure gold. Giving this duo a third corner of comedy is Selena Gomez, who injects the main cast with youth and millennial-appropriate sarcasm.
With the first season’s deadly enigma being solved, the three amateur sleuths didn’t get much time to celebrate, as a second hurried and horrific homicide happened within mere moments. Before they start recording the second season of their podcast and solve a second crime, let’s give you a refresher about all the twists and turns of season 1.

In an upcoming episode of the Hulu comedy Only Murders in the Building, Charles (Steve Martin) is pleased with how much better he and fellow true-crime podcast fans Oliver (Martin Short) and Mabel (Selena Gomez) have gotten at maneuvering through a world of violence and mystery. Oliver agrees, saying, “You can tell this is our second season.”
It’s one of a plethora of self-aware jokes sprinkled throughout Only Murders‘ return. Its debut season told the story of Charles, Oliver, and Mabel launching their own podcast to investigate a neighbor...
