Grey's Anatomy star Justin Chambers is finally getting a good night's sleep after battling with a biological sleep disorder.
The actor checked himself into Los Angeles' Ucla Medical Center in January for treatment after a period of getting only one hour of sleep each week.
But now Chambers, 37, is now able to go through a whole night of undisturbed sleep after practicing the ancient art of Bikram yoga.
He tells Usmagazine, "I'm doing really good - I'm actually sleeping. I am really enjoying life
"(Bikram Yoga) is where you sit in a 104-degree room, and you stretch for an hour-and-a-half, I swear by it - it's incredible."

Jennifer Love Hewitt and Patrick Dempsey have been named America's sexiest TV stars.
The two actors have claimed alternative covers of TV Guide's Sexiest Stars issue and Love Hewitt's onscreen husband in hit thriller Ghost Whisperer, David Conrad, is far from surprised she is the tops.
He says, "In the three years that we've been filming, there's always a moment when I just go, `Wow, that's a really beautiful woman.'"
Also making the new magazine hot list is Dempsey's Grey's Anatomy co-star star Justin Chambers, along with Vanessa Williams, Taye Diggs, Eva Longoria Parker and Lost bad boy Josh Holloway.

Grey's Anatomy star Justin Chambers has spoken out for the first time about his battle with exhaustion, describing his condition as "a biological sleep disorder".
The 37-year-old actor checked himself into Los Angeles' Ucla Medical Center in January for treatment after a period of getting only one hour of sleep each week.
Chambers tells American magazine People, "I suffer from a biological sleep disorder. Your body is tired but your mind keeps racing. You lie down and then you get up and pace, and then you lie down but you can't fall asleep.
"It's like a dog chasing its tail. You get to your wits' end. I went a good two months without really sleeping.
"So a specialist I had been working with referred me to Ucla. They gave me (medication) in a private room with a connection to the outside, and I slept. Two days there was perfect."
But the low-key father-of-five found himself splashed all over the tabloids when pop superstar Britney Spears was admitted to the same hospital days later in a media frenzy.
He adds, "It would have been private had Britney Spears' spotlight not spread on me. It's enough to handle with my family. I don't need people speculating about issues I'm dealing with."
Following his hospital stay, Chambers is now getting a lot more sleep: "I get six or seven hours of sleep a night. I'm not someone who requires a lot of sleep."

Justin Chambers tells People that a longtime sleep disorder led him to check in to Ucla's psych ward. "It's an issue that I've had for a while," the Grey's Anatomy star tells People exclusively in his first interview since the incident. "It's a biological sleep disorder. Your mind keeps racing, and your body is tired. It wants to go to sleep, but it can't." Chambers, 37, who has five children with his wife, Keisha, 38, says in the two months prior to checking in to Ucla, he was sleeping no more than an hour a week. "I got to my wit's end,

Grey's Anatomy star Justin Chambers blames Britney Spears for shining the media spotlight on his private battle with exhaustion.
The actor checked himself into Ucla Medical Center in Los Angeles for a break just days before Spears was admitted into the same hospital in a media frenzy.
And Chambers insists only his family and close friends would have known about his health issues if the hospital hadn't become a hotspot for reporters and the paparazzi.
The 37-year-old tells the new issue of Life + Style magazine, "I only got attention because Britney came. Otherwise, it would've been private."
Even Chambers' Grey's Anatomy castmates didn't know about the actor's hospital stay - until the media alerted them.
