Comic Relief is back with a bang this year, celebrating its 25th anniversary. To mark the occasion, Comic Relief partner Jackpotjoy has teamed up with Queen of Bingo Babs Windsor for a brand new ad that’s going to knock your block off. She may be 75, but Babs has gone all-out to be funny for money this year, learning kung fu and performing all of her own stunts in the ad for Jackpotjoy’s new Red Nose Day bingo game.
The ad sees pint-sized Babs showing a gang of thugs a thing or two, in a sketch that’s a homage to classic kung fu movies, as well as Peggy Mitchell’s rough and tumble Eastend past. The Red Nose Day bingo game has been launched to help raise funds for Comic Relief, who in its 15 year history has already raised an amazing £660 million to help fight poverty.

Carolgees, who now runs a successful candle business in Cheshire, shot to stardom as part of the Tiswas team, where his gentle humour and colourful comic creations such as Charlie monkey, Houdi Elbow and most famously Spit the Dog, brought joy to millions. Beyond Tiswas, he also earned regular slots on Cilla Black's Surprise, Surprise, Hold (more)...
