The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) discovered the truth about Claire Grace (Hayley Erin).
Next on The Young and the Restless
There is no way Summer will let Claire babysit Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez) now. However, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) could let Claire and Harrison secretly hang out. If that happens, will Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) see the interaction and make a horrendous mistake? Keep reading and let’s figure out what is going to happen next!
Kyle Abbott’s Babysitter Solution
Y&r spoilers reveal that Harrison lost his nanny when she had to deal with her sick mother. Harrison already lost his original parents, Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi/Robert Newman) and Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner).
Then, Harrison lost his nanny as well as dealing with “Skyle” divorcing. Harrison has also rejected five potential nannies. So, when Harrison bonded with Claire, it gave Kyle a solution to a problem.

Last Friday, which happened to be a Friday the 13th, screenwriters Damian Shannon and Mark Swift shared some pages from the script they wrote for the unmade sequel to the 2009 version of Friday the 13th (watch it Here). In those pages, we got to read the description of a scene where a character would have been killed by iconic masked slasher Jason Voorhees while riding down a zip line. But those weren’t the only pages Shannon and Swift shared from the script last Friday. They also unveiled a couple pages that reveal what happened to Jason’s dad – and you can read them in this embed:
Ok, since it's #FridayThe13th how about one more? Our sequel script had lots of stuff for long time fans, including returning characters! Let's reveal two of them now: https://t.co/WhNTVuo2Nx pic.twitter.com/yUdnv2L6bL

Damian Shannon and Mark Swift were the writers who cracked the Freddy vs. Jason story and pulled that project out of development hell, where it had been trapped for a decade. Six years later, when Warner Bros. teamed up with Paramount and Platinum Dunes for a Friday the 13th reboot, Shannon and Swift were again the writers. (You can hear all about that Friday the 13th in our latest Wtf Happened video.) Since the reboot made over $91 million at the global box office on a budget of $19 million when it was released in February of 2009, it was no surprise when it was announced that it was going to receive a sequel, to be shot in 3-D and released on August 13, 2010. Then the studios couldn’t agree on the money split, so the sequel was shelved… but not before Shannon and Swift had already written the full script. Today, to celebrate Friday the 13th,...

Slasher movies have been around for decades, and they excel because you have a group of people stalked by a killer, only to have the story end within 90 minutes.
Slashers on TV take things in a different direction, with the story being told over a longer arc.
That doesn't always work, but some slashers have delivered on their promise.
Because we're TV Fanatics, we've rounded up some of the best slashers to hit the small screen.
Check them out below.
Slasher
Slasher has had many homes during its time on the small screen.
It started its life on Chiller before moving to Netflix and currently airs on Shudder, where it enjoys continued success.
It promised lots of death and questions about the killer's identity.
It lived up to that promise.
However, we'd be remiss if we didn't recommend the original season and Guilty Party.
They're old-school slashers, whereas the following...

Back in 1990, CBS’s The Flash was a favorite of young comic book fans. Growing up as a young comic book fan in the ’80s and ’90s was not easy. All you current comic fans have it so easy. I grew up in the dark times, my friends. We were glad when anything comic book related was on movies and TV. We were so desperate that we would make excuses for anything.

CBS’ hit soap opera, The Young and the Restless, started in the ’70s — and it’s still airing well into 2023. Fans adore the series and hope to see it continue through the years. Unfortunately, the Writers Guild of America strike is affecting shows currently on the air — and The Young and the Restless isn’t immune. How long does the show have until it runs out of new episodes?

“One Life to Live” star Trevor St. John has been tapped for a mystery role on “The Young and the Restless,” a representative from the CBS soap confirmed to TheWrap on Tuesday.
He begins taping soon and will make his first appearance later this year. The venerable daytime serial returns for its 50th season in September.
St. John is best known for his role as Todd Manning on “One Life to Live” after the exit of original star Roger Howarth, who objected to the villainous character’s redemption arc. He also played Manning’s twin brother, Victor Lord, Jr., reprising the role for the 2013 internet reboot of the series.

Robert Newman’s eagerly-anticipated debut on The Young and the Restless is just days away, and a new photo shows the veteran actor in character. It will be a change of surroundings for the star, who is returning to CBS after 28 years as Joshua Lewis on Guiding Light, the longest-running program in broadcasting history (1952-2009). Newman will be seen in Genoa City beginning with the Wednesday, February 9 episode. He’ll be playing business tycoon Ashland Locke, and a first look photo of him in character, alongside Amelia Heinle’s Victoria Newman, above. He is taking over the role from Richard Burgi, who revealed he was fired in January after he, as he shared on Instagram, “naively and inadvertently violated the show’s Covid policy.” He tested positive and returned to work before the show’s 10-day isolation period. “I respect whatever the show’s decision is,” he said. “They’re doing the best they can,...

Actor Richard Burgi has been fired from the CBS soap opera “The Young and the Restless” for breaching the production’s Covid protocols, Variety has confirmed. The actor revealed the news himself on January 11 in an Instagram Live post in which he said that he “naively and inadvertently violated the show’s Covid policy.” Sources close to “The Young and the Restless” confirmed the actor is no longer with the show.
“I felt terrible about it,” Burgi said in his video message. “I still do. It bothers me mightily but it is what it is. I respect whatever the show’s decision is. They’re doing the best they can, as we all are.”
Burgi explained that he tested positive for Covid around Christmas and waited to return to set after five days, a time frame the Center for Disease Control set at the end of December. The actor then...

Not everyone works in media, but perhaps many of us can relate to accidentally hitting “send” on that email by accident. That might be how Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is feeling now that his exposé on Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) has been posted on one of ChancComm’s news sites. Billy had gotten the article slamming his ex-wife Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) new husband and his arguably unethical business origins written, but hadn’t planned on posting it. He just wanted to use it as leverage to get the Newmans and their rival media company, Newman Media, to back off. Is anyone going to believe that Billy didn’t mean to post the tell-all article? Will this exacerbate his rivalry with his former in-laws? And most importantly, what the heck could Billy and Lily’s (Christel Khalil) smush name possibly be? Read on to get Thompson’s thoughts on Billy’s current predicament.

While the film has certainly received a lot of grief from a variety of sources—fans, critics, even ratings boards—ever since its release in 2007, you can count this writer amongst the fans of Eli Roth’s Hostel: Part II. There’s no denying that the sequel took the brutality of the original Hostel even further, but what I have always appreciated about both movies is how Roth took on how we examine violence in cinema and made it something that was both thoroughly uncomfortable and endlessly entertaining in the same token, ushering in a new wave of ultra-gore horror, for better or worse.

John Marshall Jones (Smart Guy), Richard Burgi (General Hospital) and Heroes alum Adrian Pasdar have booked recurring roles on Grand Hotel, ABC’s drama series executive produced by Eva Longoria.
Written by Brian Tanen based on a Spanish format, Grand Hotel is a soapy drama set against the backdrop of a Miami Beach hotel, centering on the family who owns the business, the staff who run it and the explosive secrets they hide under the perfect exterior.
Jones will play Malcolm, husband to Mrs. P and father of Jason. Malcolm is the head of facilities at the Riviera Grand. He’s a loving family man who works hard to give his loved ones the life they deserve.
Burgi will portray Michael Finn. Owner of the Finn Hotel Group. Mr. Finn might seem charming, but this shrewd businessman’s presence in Miami Beach means trouble for the Mendoza family and the staff of the Riviera Grand.

The Green Inferno Movie Images Have Been Released. Eli Roth‘s The Green Inferno (2013) is closer than ever to actually being screened for audiences, as the official release of September 25th, 2015, is just around the corner. I’m extremely excited for this film, possibly overly joyous, but everything released so far has just maintained or raised my expectations. This will be so satisfying, I can taste it in my spit.
Bh Tilt, the production company behind this, has released a pair of new movie stills from the film, and as I mentioned earlier – my interest is still high, and nothing has changed.
The story revolves around idealistic young college graduates traveling to the amazon in order to ‘do good’, ‘protect the environment’, and ‘save the rainforest’. Of course, they’re welcomed a bit differently than they anticipated, and things go horribly, terrifyingly, deliciously wrong. It’s an homage to Cannibal Holocaust (1980) by Eli Roth,...

The Green Inferno Trailer 3 Has Been Released. Eli Roth‘s The Green Inferno (2015) movie trailer 3 stars Lorenza Izzo and Richard Burgi. The Green Inferno‘s plot synopsis: “A group of student activists travels to the Amazon to save the rain forest and soon discover that they are not alone, and that no good deed goes unpunished.”
There’s a new trailer for Eli Roth’s The Green Inferno, which I thought of as a clip, at first. This is now the third trailer for Roth’s latest, much anticipated exploitation movie. The film has been shelved for quite a long time now, even IMDb lists this as 2013. What we do know, officially, is that this was supposed to be released last year, but studio interference/scheduling conflicts delayed this until now. This September, we’re getting Roth’s homage to Cannibal Holocaust, with some of his critique of westernized/American superiority sprinkled in.

With just six little words – “I want to play a game” – the Jigsaw killer in Saw became (for better or worse) a fixture of modern horror cinema. It’s inevitable that such an iconic character would garner inferior copycats. Sadly, in 13 Sins, a remake of a Thai film called 13 Beloved, the fact that Jigsaw’s mark can be felt everywhere doesn’t automatically make the movie itself any good. Saw (occasionally) managed to make over-the-top gore entertaining and darkly funny. 13 Sins, on the other hand, excises everything other than the grim brutality, making it a much less enjoyable viewing experience.

With a baby on the way, a wedding to plan (to True Blood‘s Rutina Wesley, no less), an angry father (Tom Bower) and a mentally disabled brother (Devon Graye) to care for, and student loans still to pay off,...
