2gether star Noah Bastian has come out about his drug addiction and now, he's making a serious effort to change.
Bastian played "The Shy One," Chad Linus, in 2gether, the fake boy band that MTV formed in the early 2000s known for tunes like "U+Me=Calculus" and "Say It (Don't Spray It)." But in the past few years, Bastian's life has taken a turn for the worse.
The singer has been battling a serious meth addiction, and took to Facebook to open up about his struggle. (The post as since been deleted.)
"Everyone needs to know that this is hard for me to admit and please, please be gentle with your messages to me because despite what you think you know of me, I am Nothing more than a human being with feelings and emotions who is asking for nothing from anyone. This is a project that will help...

The guys of 2Gether are back together -- and we've got your first listen of them in studio singing "Regular Guy."The fake MTV boy band, known for songs like "U+Me=Us (Calculus)" and "The Hardest Part of Breaking Up (Is Getting Back Your Stuff)," has its first concert in 10 years tonight and it's clear they're fired up.The 4 living members of the group, Evan Farmer, Kevin Farley, Alex Solowitz and Noah Bastian, are performing a "reunion" show Friday at the Jon Lovitz Comedy Club at Universal CityWalk -- and a portion of the proceeds will go towards the Michael Cuccione Foundation, named after the member of the group who died from cancer back in 2001. As TMZ previously reported, the band is filming the show themselves and will package it for MTV -- who will then decide whether or not it will air on the network.Congrats on the reunion guys!

MTV's fake boy band 2gether is one step closer to reuniting!
Alex Solowitz, Kevin Farley and Noah Bastian -- a.k.a. three of the four surviving members of the group -- will appear (minus their frontman Evan Farmer) at the Jon Lovitz Comedy Club in Los Angeles on May 4 to discuss their return and what they have planned for their full-scale reunion later this year.
Solowitz informed fans on his Twitter that the threesome will appear at 8 p.m. on May 4 as a warm-up for the full reunion.
"Attention 2Gether Fans, the John lovits theater pod cast is not our 2gether reunion show. It's a teaser, we'll be doing a Q &A," he writes. "We will also be doing 2 or 3 songs. Also @EvanFarmer will not be at this one.no heart throb = teaser:)lol."
Farmer is on board for the real thing, but explains on his Twitter that "you'll know it when it happens,...

It's really happening: U + Me = Us getting excited about the return of 2gether.
The parody boy band from MTV's 2000 smash hit movie of the same name has taken the first step in their previously reported reunion.
This weekend, the following was posted on the "2gether The Reunion" Facebook page, run by the four living members from the original band -- Alex Solowitz (Mickey), Kevin Farley (Doug), Evan Farmer (Jerry) and Noah Bastian (Chad):
Exciting News!!! It seems that there's a solid date in place for a 2gether reunion! The guys will be at the Jon Lovitz Comedy Club at Universal City in Universal Studios in La, on the 4th of May 2012 at 8pm! There'll be interviews with the guys and they'll also perform some songs. If you can't make the show, it will apparently be streamed online via Farley Bros Radio. Spread the word! :)
After the success of the band's debut MTV movie,...

In the late '90s, boybands reigned supreme over Trl. *Nsync, Backstreet Boys, 98 Degrees, O-Town... the list goes on. MTV cashed in on the trend, forming their own fictional, Monkees-style boyband to parody the various New Kids On The Block knock-offs. The band, called 2Ge+her, was featured in a television movie and a spin-off series between 1999 and 2001.
The men who starred in the films and television series have long been gunning for a reunion, and TMZ reports that MTV has finally signed off on a special.
Evan Farmer played Jerry O'Keefe (the heartthrob). Noah Bastian, a Lance Bass lookalike, played Chad Linus (the shy one). Kevin Farley played Doug Linus (the older brother) and Alex Solowitze played Mickey Parke (the bad boy). Of course, we would be remiss not to mention Jason "Q.T." McKnight -- the cute one, naturally -- who was played by Michael Cuccione. Cuccione passed...

With both the Backstreet Boys and New Kids on the Block reuniting within the past year (yet no reunion in sight for 'N Sync), it was only a matter of time before fake boy bands would want to get in on the action.
The four remaining members of 2gether, the spoof band created by MTV in 2000 to poke fun at the late '90s teen girl phenomenon, are trying to get their fake-but-kinda-real band back in action.
According to Perez Hilton, Alex Solowitz, who played Mickey "The Rebel" Parke in the TV movie and subsequent TV series, posted the following message on his Facebook page urging fans to help their reunion wishes go viral: "Ok, here's the plan I need everybody, all of you to tell everyone about this. we need this to go insanely viral so MTV can't turn us down. You all have done an amazing job of blowing this up,...
