- Roger Abbott was born on July 10, 1946 in Birkenhead, Cheshire, England, UK. He was an actor and writer, known for Royal Canadian Air Farce (1993), SketchCom (1998) and Royal Canadian Air Farce (1981). He died on March 26, 2011 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
