Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams have fuelled speculation their Destiny's Child bandmate Beyonce Knowles will marry her longtime beau Jay-z in New York this weekend (4-6Apri08), after revealing they both flew into the city earlier this week (begs31Mar08).

The Crazy In Love superstar and rap mogul Shawn 'Jay-z' Carter successfully applied for a wedding licence in Scarsdale, New York on Tuesday, prompting rumours they will exchange nuptials on Friday.

On Thursday, New York news organisations reported Knowles is currently in the Big Apple, together with Williams and her mother Tina.

A number of gossip websites also claimed Jay-z had cleared his busy schedule for the day, after holding an alleged bachelor party in Toronto, Canada, where he has been touring with Mary J. Blige.

And now Rowland and Williams have posted a new video message to fans on YouTube.com.

In the footage, the pair can be seen fooling around when Rowland says, "We're out of town... in a hotel room."

Williams coyly adds, "In an undisclosed location...", before Rowland admits they are "in the Four Seasons in New York".

The Dilemma star goes on to detail her hectic work schedule, but remains quiet about the real purpose of their stay in the city: "I just got back from London... going to Denver this weekend to go see some friends..."

And she explains the absence of Knowles simply by saying, "B's in the studio tonight..."

Representatives for both Knowles and Carter are still refusing to comment on the marriage reports.

Rumours are rampant that Jay-z and Beyonce Knowles will exchange wedding vows in New York on Friday after gossips learned the rapper has cleared his busy schedule for the day.

Jay-z has performances with Mary J. Blige in Massachusetts on Thursday night and North Carolina on Saturday - but nothing on Friday.

And New York news organisations are reporting Knowles is currently in the Big Apple, together with her mother Tina and former Destiny's Child bandmate Michelle Williams.

Jay-z and Knowles successfully applied for a wedding licence in Scarsdale, New York on Tuesday, and they have 60 days from that date to exchange vows - before the paperwork deadline expires.

The latest rumours come just a day after Jay-z staged an alleged bachelor party in Toronto, Canada.

Representatives for both stars are refusing to confirm or deny marriage reports.

Mary J. Blige has slammed reports linking her to a steroid investigation in the U.S., insisting she has never taken the performance-enhancing drug. The Grammy award-winning star, 50 Cent, Timbaland, Wyclef Jean and actor Tyler Perry have all been accused of ordering steroids or human growth hormone from doctors and pharmacists. Albany County District Attorney David Soares named the celebrities who featured in his investigation on Sunday. But Blige vehemently denies any involvement. The singer's spokeswoman Karynne Tencer tells the New York Daily News, "Mary J. Blige has never taken any performance-enhancing illegal steroids." Authorities have uncovered no evidence the celebrities violated any drug laws.
