Last year's He's Just Not That Into You - a little film with a huge cast - seems to have set a standard for Hollywood's tentpole Valentine's Day output so in 2010 we're going to get the rather - do we dare say it - unimaginatively titled Valentine's Day from Pretty Woman director Garry Marshall... and the trailer has just been released over at First Showing.
With a cast list that just goes on and on (see below) and on and on (with Julia Roberts wedged in for good measure) we have to be honest and admit that we haven't got even the foggiest idea of what it's all about, and though the trailer focusses on the blithely unsentimental and cynical characters, the unloved ones who aren't having a very good (valentine's) day, we're certain that's just promotional miss-direction - this is going to be horribly saccharine, and very very annoying. »

Did you like the movie Love Actually? Are you a fan of Ashton Kutcher, Kathy Bates, Anne Hathaway, Jamie Foxx, Jessicas Alba, Jessica Biel, Bradley Cooper, Shirley MacLaine, Patrick Dempsey, Topher Grace, Queen Latifah, Taylor Swift, Taylor Lautner, George Lopez, Eric Dane, Hector Elizondo, Jennifer Garner, Emma Roberts or Julia Roberts?
If you answered yes to any of the above, you’re probably going to want to see director Garry Marshall’s (Pretty Woman) new movie Valentine’s Day next February 12th. That’s because the movie is following the playbook of Love Actually and loading itself up with tons of movie stars and telling the story over the course of one day. It just so happens the story takes place on Valentine’s Day.
As someone who really enjoyed Love Actually, I’m very curious about this movie. Also, with a cast like this, how can I not be curious? »

Tonight, we say goodbye to one of television's most beloved and unique detectives. Adrian Monk is certainly an unlikely hero and it's perhaps for that reason that viewers will miss him so.
Monk tells the tale of a brilliant San Francisco detective (Tony Shalhoub) who, following the death of his wife in a car bombing, has a nervous breakdown. After being a recluse for three years, Monk returns to the force, barely able to control his obsessive-compulsive disorder. While his phobias often make it difficult for him to function, he's an incredibly observant sleuth in part because of them.
The long-running USA series has also featured the talents of Jason Gray-Stanford, Ted Levine, Traylor Howard, Stanley Kamel, Bitty Schram, Emmy Clarke, Kane Ritchotte, and Hector Elizondo.
While filming the last episode, Howard, who's played Monk's assistant Natalie for »

Los Angeles — These days, the eyes of Hollywood are upon the "New Moon" stars as they move out of their comfort zones and select non-"Saga" film projects. And few are more intriguing than Taylor Lautner's upcoming movie "Valentine's Day," which has the young heartthrob appearing opposite rumored girlfriend Taylor Swift in a subplot that revolves around them mostly, well, swapping spit.
"They just had to make out," grinned one of their co-stars, Emma Roberts, as she recently remembered a day watching the two young superstars filming the movie. "That's all I saw."

Last night, Moviehole reported Rosewood and Taggart (Judge Reinhold and John Ashton) would be returning to the “Beverly Hills Cop” franchise in the upcoming 4th film. If you don’t remember, John Ashton wasn’t in the third film, and a new character (Hector Elizondo) was written in to take his place. Moviehole also reported screenwriters Derek Haas and Michael Brandt’s spec script “Dying Day” was being used for the story and it was being reworked with the Beverly Hills Cop characters.
Unfortunately, their news was a bit premature, as I just spoke to a very trusted source and they told me it’s not clear who will be back on “Beverly Hills Cop 4″ as the studio is hiring a new writer and they are starting over.
While I would love to see a reunion of the original cast in “Beverly Hills Cop 4″, with the studio hiring a new writer, »

We've got sneak peeks for this week's Grey's Anatomy. Seven sneak peeks, to be exact. It's like watching the whole episode! It looks like Hector Elizondo will be making an appearance. He's always terrific. You know what's not terrific, though? Katherine Heigl's wig.

Guest Starring Hector Elizondo as Callie's Father, Mr. Torres
"Invasion" – The residents of Seattle Grace and Mercy West vie for surgeries and their careers as day one of the hospital merger begins. This week's episode of Grey's Anatomy, "Invasion," looks like it has been aptly named.
New residents from Mercy West are swarming in on the new iteration of Seattle Grace and vying for jobs. Dr. Izzie Stevens is in for a tough fight, from the looks of the pictures below.
Katherine Heigl's character, who we know is taking a five-episode hiatus this year, can be seen in these images getting in the face of the newcomers and the face of her boss, Richard.
This episode may very well mark her sendoff, but for what reason? Stay tuned there.
Meanwhile, Callie's dad (guest star Hector Elizondo) is back in Seattle, looking to bring his daughter back to heterosexuality. That's not going to work, and should be quite awkward.

Got a scoop request? An anonymous tip you’re dying to share? Just want to say hi? You can send any/all of the above to ausielloscoop@ew.com Question: There's speculation that Izzie cheats on Alex on Grey's Anatomy. Is it true? —Molly Ausiello: No, but the newlyweds will be dealt a major blow at the end of next week's episode (the best of the season, Imho). In fact, the crisis is so big that Izzie disappears for roughly five non-consecutive episodes. Btw, even though I knew Katherine Heigl's mini-hiatus was coming, Izzie's exit was no less powerful or emotional. »

The star of the hit USA Network series talks about the upcoming final season
Before the USA Network was the cable-dominating ratings juggernaut it is today, the network premiered the series Monk in 2002 and the series became a basic-cable hit, featuring the bizarre, clean-freak tactics of police detective Adrian Monk, portrayed by Tony Shalhoub. Now the series is entering its eighth and final season, which premieres on Friday, August 7 at 9 Pm Et on USA, and Shalhoub recently held a conference call to discuss the final season and the series as a whole. Here's what he had to say.
I was wondering, what's the lasting impression you want audience members to take from watching your show and watching you?
Tony Shalhoub: That's a great question. I think, if I had to choose one thing, I would say that I would want people to take away this idea that sometimes people's »
