Who could play Gervase Fen?
I'm amazed I've never come across a film or series based on Edmund Crispin's vastly entertaining detective Gervase Fen. "Cherubic, naive, volatile, and entirely delightful, he wandered the earth taking a genuine interest in things and people unfamiliar." Eccentric Oxford don who drives a splendid red sports car (Lily Christine III) - seem to remember he's tall and skinny with reddish hair.
