Born in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Ali began modeling at age thirteen, and traveled the world before moving to Los Angeles to study acting. Her first professional acting job was a role on the television series Chicago Sons (1997). She received her breakthrough in the high school football drama Varsity Blues (1999) which included her infamous whipped cream bikini scene. Roles in the horror films House on Haunted Hill (1999) and Final Destination (2000) further transitioned her career as an actress.
Acting alongside Colin Farrell, Larter starred in the Western comedy, American Outlaws (2001) which performed poorly at the box office. That year, she also starred as "Brooke Taylor Windham" in the comedy Legally Blonde (2001) with Reese Witherspoon.
Not happy with how things were going, Larter moved to New York in 2002 to reassess her life and career. She reprized her role as "Clear Rivers" in the sequel Final Destination 2 (2003) for which she received star billing. A year later, she made a cameo appearance as herself on the pilot to the HBO comedy drama Entourage (2004) and starred in Three Way (2004) as "Isobel Delano". She had a role in A Lot Like Love (2005) as "Gina."
Larter moved back to Los Angeles in 2006 where she auditioned for a role in the NBC sci-fi drama Heroes (2006). The pilot premiered on September 25, 2006 to successful ratings and many critics declaring it "the new Lost (2004)". The series ran for a total of 77 episodes in 4 Seasons when it was canceled due to diminishing ratings and high production costs. There has been interest in a mini-series or a movie to wrap up story lines.
During her time on Heroes (2006), Larter made several appearances on film. The first was the Bollywood film Marigold (2007) where she received a seven-figure salary. The movie was met with primarily negative reviews. She also starred in Resident Evil: Extinction (2007), part 3 of the popular film franchise based on the Capcom video games. She played "Claire Redfield", based on the video game character of the same name. The movie was a box office success tripling its production budget, albeit being a critical flop. Larter also appeared in the caveman comedy Homo Erectus (2007) which was released direct-to-DVD. The film co-starred Hayes MacArthur, an actor whom she was engaged to marry in December 2007.
In 2009, Larter starred opposite Beyoncé and Idris Elba in the thriller Obsessed (2009). The film opened at number one at the box office but was met with negative reviews, with some critics comparing it to Fatal Attraction (1987). It was also this year that Larter and MacArthur married in a small ceremony in Maine, among the guests was Larter's close friend, Amy Smart. The couple has two children.
She reprised her role as Claire Redfield in Resident Evil: Afterlife (2010) and Resident Evil: The Final Chapter (2016), directed by Paul W.S. Anderson.- Actress

Nikki was raised on the beautiful King's River near the Sequoias and her dream is to live on the water!
She had a near death experience at 17 years young, passed away and came back to life. She was told by Harbor UCLA she most likely had an "absence" or narcolepsy sleep attack.
She continued to encounter multiple head injuries while living in the Los Angeles area, and she was tired of getting rear ended. She acted like she was fine, but she has been struggling since Meningitis Spring 1995.
With TBI history, and trying to keep her facade on at all times and keep it positive, she decided it was time to produce her story and capture it on film. She joined Sag right when she moved to Los Angeles.
She is extremely passionate about music, film, and dance. Since Meningitis, she was unable to memorize anything and could not study. Her best subjects were math, french, computer science, science, especially chemistry, and music.
She accompanied her choir on the piano and at her high school graduation in front of 10 thousand people and was bummed she never received a copy of her playing the piano because her parents split up. They sat on opposite sides of the stadium that night. Neither parent purchased the video, and Nikki turned her back on music.
She was constantly knocked down on modeling being told by her mother she could maybe model her feet since she's only 5'6. She was asked to pose for Hustler at the Playboy Mansion. She's choosing to not disclose what her answer was.
Her father neglected her when she was in high school to pursue his secretary double lifestyle and moved on to his 3rd marriage.
Nikki was raised to work till death regardless how sick or injured she was.
It dawned on her one day possibly an ear prompter could work, since memorization is not possible with her short term memory struggles.
Her talent is organic, similar to her extensive sales experience.
A former colleague wanted to produce her story in 2021, however she was not ready for health reasons. Timing was off, and she was raised to feel ashamed of all of her head injuries and illnesses she battled.
Nikki feels anyone who is struggling with any form of a disability, be proud of you and embrace every struggle you battle. To the parents who shame their children for autism, attention deficit disorder, epilepsy, shame on them!
Be kind to your children, and embrace their disabilities for life no matter what their age is.
Do not feel you need to hide your disabilities, because this is actually how you overcome the storm and conquer your dreams you may never even knew you had. Just because your parents or former friends are ashamed of themselves and take it out on you, that is their problem, not yours.
Nikki is excited to work with the best crew out there. She is open to filming at doctor visits for raw footage if any doctors are interested. Please reach out to her directly due to her chronic state.
She had a recent MRI on her brain 11.22.22. She got worse after the vaccination because she's in the rare group allergic to PEG. She is ineligible for a 3rd due to her severe allergies. That's how much her brain is injured.
In 2022, she was diagnosed with Anterograde Amnesia. This is the same condition Lucy had in 50 First Dates, played by Drew Barrymore.
She is working on her production "Play With Me" which is a dark satire comedy series. It is about medical malpractice. She also wrote the title song "Play With Me" that Solomon Burke Jr Sang one day on a set they met on. Nikki was told over and over growing up that she was gifted in music.
Even with all of her trauma, Nikki wishes to remain humble, positive, and utilize her poise that she has always displayed. She wants to help raise awareness to others out there who are struggling with TBI's as well. She always put others before herself, and is ready to overcome her storm in a positive light.maybe but really a no!!- Actress
