It is one of my favorite comic book films and it is also one of my childhood favorites. You haven't already rated the movie well, please do so we can push the current 6.7 rating as high as it can go!! As a lifelong Turtles fan, I can honestly say that everything about this movie works. From the casting, to the fight scenes, to the music, there is nothing that I would have done any differently. There is just enough comedy, each turtle is given their own unique, identifiable, and believable personality, and the story is fast paced and gripping. Jim Henson's people did a stunning job on the Turtles themselves, and the Shredder looks even better than he did in the Cartoons. Speaking of the cartoon, almost all of the campy stuff has been eradicated from the film. The film really pays homage to the original comics by introducing Casey Jones, dealing with Raphael's anger, and resisting the urge to insert lame characters like Krang made famous by the cartoon. Here they are Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, Michaelangelo are bad ass. Splinter, Tatso, Casey Jones they are all bad ass including Raphael. My favorite best movie.
10/10 - DirectorMichael PressmanStarsPaige TurcoDavid WarnerMichelan SistiThe Turtles discover their origins while they endeavour to save New York City from the evil Shredder and his Foot Clan.I love this movie to death! It is MILES better than part III and both of reboots. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles I and II were my favorite childhood films and I have always enjoyed this movie and it is more entertaining and I enjoy this film more and I love it to death. It is my guilty pleasure. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze (1991) it is a worthy follow up top the original classic action film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990). This sequel is way improvement over third film and both of reboot films. It is my second favorite film in the trilogy and it is almost good as the first movie! I love them both to death and it is an excellent sequel.! It is my childhood film and I grew up with it. The first one was dark and awesome kick ass film, my favorite childhood film of all time, this sequel is good on the same level as the first is, just the first one is the best and far way better than all the films about Ninja Turtles were made!
9/10 - DirectorDave GreenStarsMegan FoxWill ArnettTyler PerryThe Turtles get into another battle with their enemy the Shredder, who has acquired new allies: the mutant thugs Bebop and Rocksteady and the alien being Krang.
- DirectorKevin MunroeStarsPatrick StewartMakoChris EvansWhen the world is threatened by an ancient evil, the Ninja Turtles must reunite and overcome their faults in order to stand against it.This movie felt like a true sequel to the first 2 movies so I love it!
- DirectorJonathan LiebesmanStarsMegan FoxWill ArnettWilliam FichtnerWhen a kingpin threatens New York City, a group of mutated turtle warriors must emerge from the shadows to protect their home. This movie sucks big time! Quite possibly the worst turtles movie ever made. Ninja Turtles (2014) is not a comic book movie or tells correctly an origin story. I am not sure what this movie is? And what is supposed to show? But after watching it for the first time, I was so disappointed I seriously was. I hardly waited till this movie ends. Changes made to the origin story didn't make any sense, both in terms of simple logic and quality narrative structure. They completely removed any connection between Splinter and the Shredder, so say goodbye to any emotional connection or tension that that would have brought. And this version Splinter wasn't the ninja master, Hamato Yoshi or even a pet/student of Yoshi. In fact, Yoshi seems to have been omitted completely. So, how does Splinter become a ninja master himself? He reads a book. After both he and the turtles mutate he finds a book and teaches himself. And it wasn't even at the very beginning. I mean when Splinter begin teaching himself, the turtles are already walking and talking. He not only learned all of ninjitsu but also somehow mastered it, without any instruction or sparring, in less than ten years? AND he taught it to the turtles? In the Original movie the story starts 15.years later, here it starts 10. years later, are Ninja Turtles now 10.year olds now? This movie is all terrible wrong, A mistake. There is a lot in this movie that pisses me off. This movie is boring, slow, lame, confusing not funny. Extremely hurtful, Michael Bay ruined my childhood movie again. I like Transformers series but I hate this movie! The Original movie is so much million miles away better than this lame film. The villains? I don't remember the last time I watched a movie with such boring villains. Instead of just sticking with one main villain, the Shredder, we now have two...for some reason. WE have Eric Sachs. Eric Sachs doesn't exist in the comic book any other movie, April O'Neil dumb and dumber ugly. Splinter is a joke, Donatello is a nerd with glasses and really stupidity dumb I have ever seen. Michelangelo, Leonardo and Raphael they all look like disgusting. The foot clan don't do nothing now and they wear guns and I thought they are ninjas? geesh. I hate this reboot or remake film whatever It is!
