Reb Brown movies, best and worst
There's still a few Reb Brown films I've yet to see. They're generally quite difficult to get in Europe. I'll add them to the list once I see them.

1.
Strike Commando
(1987)
While operating behind enemy lines, Sgt. Mike Ransom learns of a Russian presence in North Vietnam. Ordered to obtain proof of this discovery...
Director: Vincent Dawn
“ This is Reb Brown's magnum opus and one of the best action movies ever made. 10/10. ” - maxrenn-934-602191
2.
Howling II: ... Your Sister Is a Werewolf
(1985)
A young man whose sister was murdered by werewolves helps an investigator track down a gang of the beasts through the U.S. and Europe. (91 mins.)
Director: Philippe Mora
“ Reb Brown and Christopher Lee team up to battle super werewolves from Transylvania. Plenty of screaming, gun fire, gore and hilariously bad make-up effects. Highlights include Cybil Danning's bosom, Christopher Lee's punk attire and holy hand grenade, and sacred earplugs. Play the Howling 2 drinking game while you're at it. Every time you see a wipe away shot, or hear the one song they got for the soundtrack, take a drink. Also, has the best end credits sequence ever seen in film. Must see 10/10. ” - maxrenn-934-602191
3.
Yor, the Hunter from the Future
(1983)
Yor, an extremely blond prehistoric warrior, comes to question his origins, particularly with regard to a mysterious medallion he wears... (88 mins.)
Director: Anthony M. Dawson
“ Reb Brown battles paper mache dinosaurs, purple cavemen and ROBOTS! Includes kick ass theme song; super, flying, rigormortis, dropkick and flaming sword battle. One of the best fantasy films ever made. Slightly spoiled by dubbing over Reb Brown's voice. "We'll need a lot more Hemp before we're true." 7/10. ” - maxrenn-934-602191
4.
Space Mutiny
(1988)
A pilot is the only hope to stop the mutiny of a spacecraft by its security crew, who plot to sell the crew of the ship into slavery. (93 mins.)
Director: David Winters, Neal Sundstrom
“ Reb Brown battles space pirates with lazers, flamethrowers and body slams. "I don't need this." Ends with a spectacular chase scene involving futuristic bumper cars. 8/10. ” - maxrenn-934-602191
5.
Street Hunter
(1990)
Logan Blade is a tough police officer who has to confront a gang led by ruthless colonel Walsh (95 mins.)
Director: John A. Gallagher
“ Reb Brown plays the villain for a change and Steve James plays the main hero for a change. Both play their roles splendidly. Ends with climactic one-on-one bare knuckle fight scene in which Steve James must use all of his wits to defeat the mighty Reb Brown. 7/10. ” - maxrenn-934-602191
6.
“ Not necessarily a Reb Brown flick, (He plays a supporting role) but the few scenes with Reb Brown kick ass! He basically shows up at the end and decimates an entire Vietcong army in a few minutes, that the main character had been battling for years. Also includes evil mercenaries and plenty of gore. 8/10. ” - maxrenn-934-602191
7.
Robowar - Robot da guerra
(1988)
A clone/mix of PREDATOR and ROBOCOP gone nuts jungle flick with an internatioanl cast, exotic locale and good electronic music. (92 mins.)
Director: Vincent Dawn
“ The B.A.M team are sent on a deadly mission into the jungle to... err... Who knows? Essentially a scene-for-scene remake of Predator with some Robocop thrown in for good measure. Plenty of firing into the jungle and screaming like a maniac. Also, has an interesting synthesiser based score which varies between absurdly bad to pretty damn cool. This film is bad, there's no denying that, but it possesses a certain charm that makes it a joy to watch every so often. Fans of Z-grade Italian films should check it out for sure. 5/10. ” - maxrenn-934-602191
8.
The Firing Line
(1988)
An American military advisor becomes disillusioned by the brutality and corruption of the Central American government which hired him...
Director: John Gale
“ "Ugh!" This film could have been great. It had all the right ingredients for a Reb Brown flick. Action, foliage, sleazy bad guys and a hot Playboy model for a sidekick. Yet, somehow the action is trite and incredibly boring. There's nothing particular intense from Shannon Tweed and the sound! Oh God the sound! Horrible music score that sounds like a cat, chasing a rat, on top of a keyboard. You can't even hear Reb Brown screaming when he fires his machine gun. Sacrilege! The film doesn't really have an ending either, it just sort of stops. 2/10. ” - maxrenn-934-602191
9.
Night Claws
(2012)
A small town is being terrorized by a killer Bigfoot. One that is blood thirsty, vicious and kills without warning and without discrimination... (105 mins.)
Director: David A. Prior
“ Stay away! Stay far, far away! This film is a disgrace to Reb Brown. It should have been Reb Brown killing an army of sasquatch, but nooooo! Instead we get a boring, hackneyed horror film with stupid, unnecessary, characters and a downright insulting ending. I give it a 1/10 and frankly I think I'm being very generous with that score. ” - maxrenn-934-602191
