Data Processing Times

We process huge volumes of invaluable data which is submitted by you, our contributors. Whilst we try to ensure that we process submissions as soon as possible, we also apply levels of prioritization against different lists to ensure that we get the highest profile data types for the most viewed pages to the site as quickly as possible to ensure the best possible user experience.

Please note that our ability to meet our target processing times is affected by factors such as holiday periods. We have recently completed our recruitment of new data managers, who are doing a great job of getting up to speed.

Below are the different service levels we target. Please note that "daily" means standard working days (Monday - Friday)

• Platinum - Processed daily in entirety
• Gold - Top 1000 processed daily, remainder processed weekly
• Silver - Processed weekly in entirety
• Bronze - Top 1000 processed weekly, remainder within two weeks

The backlog against each list is in the table below. This is intended to provide our contributors with a processing overview of every list. Please see the SLAs above which will indicate whether or not a list is failing its SLA. We do apologize if any backlog affects submissions that you have made and will endeavor to clear the backlogs as soon as possible.

Note: Friday 29 March 2013 was a public holiday (Good Friday) in the UK, where the Data Team is based.

NAKAs: NAKA data is awaiting migration to a new system and is not currently being processed (backlog dates to April 2012).

Please note that this does not mean that the lists here are failing their Service Level Agreement. Likewise, the date given for the oldest item does not mean that no submissions have been processed since that date for that particular list.

In order to determine when the daily site update has launched, and to allow tracking when the site has been forced to revert to a previous day's data, we are now displaying the build date (6 April 2013) of the current data on the site. Please note, this is not an indication that data has been processed through this date; rather, this is the last time any data on the site has been changed. Please see the above paragraphs for a more accurate indication of whether any particular data item has been processed.
