- Officer Matthews has been having a hard time balancing his personal and professional lives. He has been written up a few times by his superiors, and now his ex-wife has remarried and their daughter, Mia, is coming to live with him. What should be a moment of re-connection for them both turns sour, Officer Matthews lets his anger get the best of him.
- 9-year-old Alexa has been looking to escape from her foster home. Her foster mother constantly screams at her and punishes her for no reason. When their neighbor Nina comes to the door asking for a play date, Alexa signs for help from the window, realizing this could be her way out.
- Frank Campbell has just finished an extremely important job interview. When he steps out of the building he sees a car parked and mistakes it for his Uber. Frank jumps in the back seat, but when the driver attempts to tell him that he is in the wrong car, he ignores her and continues talking on his cell phone. Then during his conversation, Frank reveals that he fabricated his resume, fooling the company into thinking that he is qualified for the position. Unfortunately for Frank, the person he confused for his Uber driver is actually the CEO of the company in question.

With the help of a young female officer who agrees to go undercover, Captain Porter and the Mango Park police force are determined to bring this evil man to justice.
- George and his new girlfriend Luisa have been dating for a few weeks now. Things are going great, and the new couple is excited to take their relationship to the next level. First, George has to break the news to his step-son Lucas. When Lucas meets Luisa, he is skeptical about her true intentions. Luckily for George, his step-son's skepticism saves him from this evil woman.
- Brian is driving around looking for a place to park when he finally finds an empty spot. As he gets out of his car and starts walking towards his destination, he is approached by a lady in the parking lot. She claims that Brian is on private property and is not allowed to park there. However, the signs clearly state that he is indeed allowed to park, so Brian stands his ground. Then when she decides to call the police, Officer Kyle Jacobs must somehow figure out how to contain another crazy Karen running amok in Mango Park.
- Mango Park District Court Judge Charles O'Brien is under investigation. The Police have evidence of a pay for play scheme allegedly orchestrated by Judge O'Brien. Mango Park Mayor Celia Barry decides to place Captain Porter and his team on the case. Captain Porter devises a plan and has Sgt. Garrett go undercover to once and for all bring this crooked judge to justice. However, once the case is closed Mayor Barry now must fill an opening on the bench and believes there is only one person for the job.
- Andre and Trey are shooting hoops at their local basketball court when another player asks to join them. The teens take one look at this kid and immediately assume he can't play, simply because he is Asian. The young man, Jason, introduces himself and tries to befriend the teens, yet he is met with insults and aggression. Then when challenged to a game, Jason showcases his skills leaving Andre and Trey speechless. Impressed by his demeanor and high basketball IQ, Andre and Trey decide to take Jason under their wing and introduce him to their high school basketball coach.
- While off duty, Mango Park Police Officer Kyle Jacobs and Sgt. Mike Green are talking about work. When Sgt. Green asks about a particular bust, Jacobs offers some interesting information. Jacobs reveals that on more than one occasion he has helped himself to some cash and other evidence found at the crime scenes. This leaves the Sergeant with two difficult choices; either join Jacobs in his corruption, or take this information to the Captain and bust the rookie officer.
- Ben and Ricky have set up a drink stand in hopes of raising money for their school's endowment fund when they are approached by two women. However, these ladies are not customers nor are they very friendly. In no uncertain terms, they demand that they pack up their things and leave. When the boys stand their ground and refuse to be intimidated, they destroy their display and threaten to report them to the police. Unfortunately for the crazy Karens, Mango Park Police Captain James Porter witnessed the entire altercation.
- Desperate to get away from their meager lifestyle, Donna Morris and her son Michael concoct a seemingly foolproof plan to make money. They fake an accident and post photos and videos asking for financial help on a charity funding website. Donna thinks that this get rich quick scheme is the perfect solution to her problems, but quickly realizes that her problems are about to get a whole lot worse.
- Mango Park Police Officer Kyle Jacobs responds to a call outside the mall. The woman who placed the call, Heidi, is claiming that a young man in the parking lot accosted her and is pretending to be homeless and handicapped in order to get money from people. After questioning both parties involved Officer Jacobs finally realizes what is really going on. This entitled woman is harassing a poor young homeless man who is bound to a wheelchair and is simply begging for money for food.
- After receiving a call from their station, Mango Park Police Officer Janelle Williams and Sgt. Mike Janer approach a local residence in search of the suspects. The Sergeant questions the only person at the home, a young disabled girl. Sgt. Janer is convinced this young girl has something to do with the crime under investigation. His profiling is not just an enormous error, but this misjudgment could cost Sgt. Janer his career.
- Denise Richardson is busy at work when her direct supervisor, Judy Lipton, calls her into her office. Denise has requested some personal time off to attend her brother's wedding. Despite her excellent performance, Mrs. Lipton informs Denise that her request will not be granted. Denise is devastated and confused as no reason was given and when she pressed further, Mrs. Lipton threatened to have her fired. Unfortunately, for Mrs. Lipton, not only is she not in a position to terminate Denise's position, but her status at the company is very much in doubt.
- Jacinda is at the doctor's office, waiting for her appointment. After weeks of uncertainty, all the test results are in, and she will finally have her diagnosis. She is escorted to a private room where she waits even longer before finally being seen by the doctor. Jacinda's worst fears are realized as the doctor reveals the tests are positive for cancer. When she hears the news, Jacinda understandably gets emotional. After a few moments, she is rushed to the reception area and presented with her bill, but there is one strange fee that catches Jacinda completely by surprise.
- Santiago, a former hedge-fund owner, has decided he wants to give some of his millions back to those in need. On this day, he disguises himself as a homeless man to see if he can encounter a few truly kind souls who are willing to help him. After the homeless billionaire got tired of being shunned and ignored all day, a generous stranger approaches him. He offers his lunch to the homeless man and his dog, not knowing the tremendous surprise that awaits. At first the stranger thought it was some sort of homeless prank but he soon learned that the homeless billionaire was very real and taught him an important life lesson.
- Mango Park Rookie Policeman Officer Brinson pulls over a motorist for several driving infractions. During his questioning, Officer Brinson is treated extremely rudely by the motorist, Heidi. She demands that she be released without receiving a traffic citation and demeans poor Officer Brinson in the process. Unfortunately for her, Mango Park Police Captain James Porter witnesses her deplorable behavior and gives this entitled Karen a dose of her own medicine.
- Jasper County Police Officer Deputy Doug McDonald is on vacation, driving through Mango Park when he is pulled over for running through a stop sign. The officer walks up to Doug's car and asks for his license and registration. Doug doesn't recognize the policeman, although he should, because not only did they have an altercation fairly recently, but the cop in question is none other than Captain James Porter.
- Frank and his son Lucas have been living out of their car for a few weeks. After being denied employment yet again, Frank fears for the health of his family. While rummaging through garbage cans in search of food, Frank is confronted by the homeowner. When she hears about the predicament Frank and his young son are in, she decides to help them.
- After Mike's mom picks him up from school, she takes him with her to run some errands. Before she goes into the beauty salon, she tells Mike to stay inside the car. Despite the intense heat, Mike obeys his mother and remains in the vehicle. The high temperature proves to be too much for poor Mike and he suffers heat exhaustion. Luckily, two of his classmates see him locked in the car and immediately call for help.
- Angela Evans is driving through Mango Park when she is pulled over by the police. Sgt. Garrett informs Mrs. Evans that she made an illegal left turn, plus she has an expired tag. During questioning, she pulls out a little puppet and begins answering the policeman by voicing through the puppet. Then, when Captain James Porter arrives on the scene, Mrs. Evans insults both officers and refuses to comply. Despite being impressed with her ventriloquist skills, Captain Porter brings this crazy Karen to justice.
- Cedric Wilson is visiting his elderly grandmother. Every week he brings her groceries and does some chores around the house to help her out. One day he notices some strange behavior from his grandmother's nurse Viktoria. When Mrs. Wilson mentions that some of her valuables are missing. Cedric suspects foul behavior.
- After checking on his ill father who is in the hospital, Mark is patiently waiting for his girlfriend Lisa to pick him up. While waiting in the parking lot, a nice homeless girl approaches and offers him a flower to brighten up his day. When Mark's girlfriend Lisa arrives and sees her boyfriend talking to another woman she is incredibly rude and demeans the poor girl.
- Mango Park Rookie Police Officer Brinson is on patrol when he catches a motorist going well above the speed limit. After pulling the car over, he learns that the driver in question is the nephew of Sgt. Mike Green, and he demands to be let go with a simple warning. Despite being a family member of a fellow policeman, Officer Brinson is determined to do the right thing and issue him a citation. The driver then demands to speak to Brinson's superior, but unfortunately for him, Captain James Porter arrives on the scene and delivers a swift dose of justice.
- Mango Park Police Officer Kate Adams is patrolling a local neighborhood when she sees something she considers out of the ordinary. She pulls a young woman over for driving suspiciously around the area. Unfortunately for Officer Adams, not only is this young lady innocent of any wrongdoing, but she also happens to be the niece of Captain James Porter.
- Officer Kyle Jacobs is taking a break while on patrol when he notices someone staring at him. As he acknowledges his presence, the citizen takes out his cell phone and begins recording video of Officer Jacobs. After a few minutes, Officer Jacobs demands that he stops, when the man replies that he is well within his 1st Amendment rights, Officer Jacobs arrests him for disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Unfortunately for Officer Jacobs, the entire incident is on video, making the evidence against him in court indisputable.
- Megan and her baby daughter are leaving the store and on their way home. While driving, Megan is on the telephone. She gets distracted and rear ends the car in front of her. After arguing with the driver of the other vehicle, the police are called to file a report of the accident. After leaving her baby in the car, Megan returns to find her daughter not breathing. Mango Park Police Sgt. Garrett arrives on the scene just in time to administer CPR to the infant.
- Mrs. Castro has invited one of her daughter's classmates over for a play date. When the girls find out who is coming over, they get upset with their mother. In their eyes the boy, Francisco, is the biggest dork in school, but in reality he's just a kind child with autism. Instead of being nice and behaving for their house guest, as their mother implored them to, the sisters go into full-on mean girl mode and lock the poor boy in the closet. As their mother is scolding them for their bad behavior, Francisco surprises them with his skills at solving puzzles and his amazing ability to make friends.
- Julio has been down on his luck for quite some time, and is having trouble adjusting to his new reality. Despite being homeless, he is confident that his situation is only temporary and is looking for ways to get back on his feet. After a kind stranger gives him $20, Julio decides to pay it forward. On his way to the store, he sees another homeless man in distress. Juilio decides to give the $20 dollars to him, knowing there is no way for him to repay the kind gesture. But what Julio doesn't know, this stranger is not homeless at all. He is an undercover billionaire who is about to change Julio's life forever.
- Mango Park Police Captain James Porter is taking a road trip when he is pulled over by a pair of county cops. The two officers immediately take umbrage with a man of his persuasion entering their territory. Captain Porter plays it cool, and complies with their demands. Then finally when the situation escalates to a dangerous crescendo, Captain Porter let's these county cops know who really is in charge.
- On her way home from a long day at work, Judge Susan Adams gets pulled over. She immediately gets out of her vehicle and starts berating the poor young policeman. Officer Willy Brown is just trying to do his duty, but Judge Adams feels she is above the law. Unfortunately for her, when Officer Brown calls in for backup, Mango Park Police Captain James Porter arrives on the scene.
- Carol and her son Danny have plans to enjoy their Saturday together. Before the fun begins, Carol has one stop to make first; the mall. Much to Danny's chagrin, they stop into a boutique so Carol can shop for a new dress. While browsing, she finds the exact dress she has been searching for; however, another customer is holding it. Carol tries to convince the other woman to let her have the dress, but she is not convinced. Finally, Carol goes full crazy Karen mode and decides to call the police, claiming she was assaulted by the customer. When police arrive and question both parties, it appears as if Carol is going to get her way. That is, until, a video surfaces of the encounter, filmed by none other than her son, Danny.
- George and his son are heading to the auto repair shop to pick up his Mercedes G-Wagon G550. When they arrive, the mechanic Jimmy doesn't believe that George is the owner of the vehicle. Jimmy refuses to release the wagon to George and even calls the police when he doesn't leave. George, seeing this as a teaching moment for his son, keeps his cool and calmly proves to the racist mechanic that he is truly the owner.
- Good Samaritan Meredith Mooney is outside of the Mango Park mall feeding the homeless when she is confronted by a policeman. Officer Kyle Jacobs warns her that she is breaking the law and writes her a ticket. Mrs. Mooney is adamant that she is not trespassing and well within her rights since she is on public property. Nevertheless, Officer Jacobs threatens to take her down to the station and calls for backup. Then as Meredith and a kind homeless man plead her case, Mango Park Police Captain James Porter arrives on the scene and quickly realizes that his officer is the one who is wrong.
- Debbie is looking forward to visiting her sister Judy and finally meeting this new man that she's been hearing so much about. When she arrives at Judy's house, she is surprised to see that Judy's new boyfriend, James, is half her age. Debbie fears that James is simply with Judy for her money, but when she warns her sister about him, Judy defends her new sweetheart. Then, Debbie catches James in the act and she is forced to reveal his true intentions to her sister.
- After breaking up with her boyfriend, Rachel decides it's time to get rid of all his belongings. She does not want to wait for him to come pick up his things, so she starts selling everything, including his precious and expensive bicycle collection. Rachel's spiteful behavior backfires as the buyer of the bike isn't who he seems to be.
- Calvin is walking through the Mango Park mall parking lot, when a lady stops him and begins questioning him. It appears she lost her phone and has it in her head that Calvin is to blame. He assures her that he has not seen her phone, nevertheless she is convinced he stole it. Then after Officer Kyle Jacobs arrives on the scene, it becomes apparent that this Crazy Karen just blamed an innocent man and called the police for no reason whatsoever.
- Susan has been searching for a parking space for almost a half hour, when she finally sees an empty spot. As she begins to parallel park into the space, another car comes from behind and pulls in head first, blocking Susan's car. Both Susan and the other driver, Becky, get out of their cars and begin arguing over the space. With neither willing to move, the ladies decide to call the police. Then when Officer Kyle Jacobs arrives, he must figure out a way to extinguish this epic battle between Karens.
- After being denied some spare change from a lady in the parking lot, a homeless man notices the driver left her baby in the car. Despite being disrespected, the homeless man springs into action, miraculously opening the car door and reuniting the baby girl with her mother.
- Mango Park District Court Judge Robert Montgomery is having a bad day. After a challenging and frustrating day behind the bench, he gets pulled over by the police on his way home. When Captain Porter starts questioning him, Judge Montgomery becomes irate. Thinking he is above the law, Judge Montgomery breaks out his trusty gavel and threatens Captain Porter.
- Angie Gallagher is waiting tables at her restaurant when a customer takes a seat. After taking one look at him, Angie is hesitant to serve the gentleman, letting her biases cloud her judgment. After realizing that he was not welcomed at her establishment, the gentleman leaves without ordering. Then a few weeks later, Angie is pulled over by the police. Unfortunately for her, not only does she have a litany of unpaid traffic citations, but the officer who pulled her over is the same man she refused service to: Mango Park Police Captain James Porter.
- Vicky has just finished her martial arts workout. She exits the gym and as she is walking towards her car she notices a young man emptied out a bag by the trash bin. She looks closer and notices that the bag he is holding looks suspiciously similar to the one she lost just a few days ago. She wrongfully assumes this young man has stolen her bag and uses her new karate skills in an attempt to retrieve it.
- Ezequiel "Big Zeke" Campbell arrives at the house of his sister's new boyfriend. Much like all her previous boyfriends, Violet's new beau is very, very wealthy. But as Zeke is about to find out, this relationship is much different from the rest. Initially he tries to embrace the unconventional union, but ultimately he reveals his true feelings to his sister.
- Trey Jackson is looking forward to moving into his new apartment. He has been living out of his car for months, but thanks to the generosity of non-profit director Meredith Mooney, he has finally found a place to call home. While attempting to leave work, Trey realizes his car is out of gas. Then Mango Park Police Officer Kyle Jacobs arrives on the scene and demands Trey move his car. Trey attempts to explain his situation, but when Officer Jacobs realizes he is homeless and living out of his car, he arrests him. Luckily for Trey, his savior Meredith Mooney comes to the rescue.
- Catherine is loading up her car, preparing to move her retail business to another location when she is confronted by a woman in the parking lot. She sees Catherine unloading boxes out of the store and into her car and immediately assumes she is robbing the place. Catherine tries to explain the situation to her, but she is not having it. Then as the tension escalates, this crazy Karen rips one of the items out of Catherine's hands, ruining her merchandise. When Mango Park Police Officer Kyle Jacobs arrives on the scene, he quickly gets to the bottom of the situation and takes the enraged Karen into custody.
- Mango Park Police Officer Kyle Jacobs is on patrol looking for a stolen vehicle, when he thinks he sees the car in question. He pulls the driver over and immediately accuses the man of grand theft auto. Unfortunately for Officer Jacobs, this driver just so happens to be high profile attorney Aldon Stevenson, and he knows when his rights are being violated.
- Mango Park Police Officer Kate Adams is investigating a suspected ticket scalper known on the streets as Little B. After confronting him with allegations of illegal activity, the young man offers to cut Officer Adams in on his operation. Instead of being appalled by the bribe, she negotiates a better rate for herself. She agrees to take a cash payment in return for allowing him to continue conducting his business. But then, when she comes to collect her money, Captain James Porter arrives on the scene. It turns out, Little B is no criminal, he is working undercover as the newest member of the Mango Park Vice Squad.
- On his day off, Robert decides to take his family fishing. His son Donovan is excited to catch his very first fish. While they are enjoying the afternoon, a strange lady comes up to them and says that they are not allowed to fish on the dock. Robert knows fishing is allowed on the dock, but the lady does not back down and threatens to get him removed by the authorities.
- Local Businessman Blake Jensen is arriving at court for his hearing. As he pulls into the parking lot, he sees a woman standing in the only open parking space. She is talking on the phone and doesn't notice he is trying to park his car. Then, Mr. Jensen loses his patience and begins yelling at and berating the poor woman. Unfortunately for him, she just so happens to be the judge who is presiding over his case.
- Julie and her new boyfriend Tyrone have plans to see a movie. As they are driving to the theater, they get pulled over by the police. When the officer starts walking over to their car, Julie realizes it's her father. When he sees Julie and Tyrone together, he goes into a blind rage.
