He grows in his self securities and learns not to take to heart, the things spoken over him by his peers, and he's given space to give a sincere, heartfelt goodbye to his late Great-Grandmother, whom he was very close to.
- Based on the spoken word piece, "My Chest" written by Tamara Faith, Hope Secured is a story of a woman who takes back her power. In wrestling against emotional abuse, the voices of well-meaning others, and her own insecurities, Tammy remembers the foundation her mother laid out for her when she was a child: "God crafted you specifically, with no one else's help. He gave you this mantle, because He knew you could handle it." Growing free from the projections and relationships that once cut her down, she begins to cultivate something new. As she fights to take back her hope, we see that peace and Tammy go hand-in-hand.
