- Ambitious young entrepreneur Marcel Lange wants to create a monument for himself and his family with a new high-end village. Full of drive, he convinces his mentor and superior Hartmut to build the first villa in "Neu-Plünderich am See". But in order to fully convince the energy company and employer ÖZEV, the old village has to be completely vacated, but his sister Franca stands in his way. In order to prevent the destruction of the village and the surrounding nature, she occupies the former family home in Alt-Plünderich. To make her point, she intends to develop an electric storage system that will be powered by wind and solar energy and make everyone in the village self-sufficient. Together with her friend Vitali, she defends the old house by any means necessary.
