- A grumpy hermit hatches a plan to steal Christmas from the Whos of Whoville.
- Milo is a boy who is bored with life. One day he comes home to find a toll booth in his room. Having nothing better to do, he gets in his toy car and drives through - only to emerge in a world full of adventure.
- Horton The Elephant struggles to protect a microscopic community from his neighbours who refuse to believe it exists.
- Tom has a nightmare of being pounded by a giant dog. Jerry lures Tom into a series of encounters with the miniature vicious bulldog introduced in The Cat's Me-Ouch (1965). Tom finally decides the nightmare wasn't so bad after all.

Tom finally gets his revenge, though.
- Jerry is chased into a circus, where he removes a tack from the foot of an elephant. This gets him a friend for life, and a powerful ally in the continuing battles with Tom, not that it stops Tom from trying, even when Jerry becomes part of the act.

Tom designs a better mousetrap, but Jerry alters the plans, so it doesn't work any better than it did the first time the footage was used, in Designs on Jerry (1955).
- After Tom gets pulverized by a downtown train, he ends up chasing Jerry throughout the toy section of a large department store.
- Tom is an opera singer, trying to sing "Figaro"; Jerry lives under the stage, and Tom is disturbing his sleep. This, of course, means war.
- Tom is wooing Toots; he presents her with a present - Jerry. But Toots would rather play mother to Jerry than eat him, much to Tom's annoyance.
- On a wharf, an opera singing Tom Cat and a feline rival compete for Jerry Mouse.
- Jerry's mouse hole connects two buildings, with Tom and another cat. Jerry decides the best survival is pitting the cats against each other, without their knowledge.
- Tom is chasing Jerry through the back yard. Jerry escapes to a bird house. A bit more chasing. Jerry crashes into the wall. Both decide they've had enough, and wave the truce flag; they go to the movies of themselves, which is an excuse for another bargain clip show. The truce doesn't hold, and eventually the characters on screen stop and take notice.
- Tom and Jerry are taking a cruise when Tom decides to go surfing. He has problems with a shark and a rather tenacious starfish.
- Pogo and his friends celebrate various holidays in their own special ways, while Porkypine does his best to woo Mademoiselle Hepzibah.
- Tom chases Jerry around a high-rise apartment, and then around the ledge surrounding the building. They torment each other with a compressed air horn. Jerry goes down a drainpipe and Tom follows, stretching himself the length of the pipe (and getting unstuck with help from the air horn).
- Jerry's uncle, a magician, comes to visit Jerry and torment Tom.
- Jerry's a wharf mouse; he sees a load of cheese being loaded onto a cargo ship and tries a variety of tricks to board, but Tom is on guard.
- 2565 AD. Tom and Jerry are once again manipulating robot versions of themselves in space. Tom experiments with invisibility, a giant electromagnet, and explosives, with results from bad to disastrous.
- Tom knocks Jerry around using the balls on a pool table. Jerry's fairy godmouse arrives, and Jerry tells the story; she gives him an invisibility potion. Jerry uses this to do some creative barbering on Tom, but when the potion wears off, Tom gets his revenge, and they both have a good laugh.
- Tom chases Jerry through a variety of winter scenes.
- Tom has problems with a dog as he chases Jerry.
