- The amour and love of an Intersex person for a family and struggle for the rights of people like her. The story of enlightenment, emotions and inspiration raising from impasse of a poor village house to a highest degree of triumph passing through rigorous and sometimes flimsy events of own life.

Kosar later comes back when people start asking why is she not going back to her in-laws. She visits Reshma's house and brings Baber back. Later Kosar becomes pregnant and the same day Baber comes to know that Reshma has cancer and it needs a lot of money for her treatment. He leaves home and does not stop when Sughra and Kosar try to stop him. Kosar leaves home and goes to her Aunts' home. Sughra and Kareem later go to bring her back but she refuses. Later she receives divorce papers from Baber. Asim gets married with the girl he likes and when Baber comes to visit his mother, Asim's wife doesn't like him coming in the home and fights with Asim to get her a separate home. Kosar has a baby girl and when Sughra comes to see the baby and tries to take the baby away on Kosar's behaviour, Kosar pushes her out of the home and throw her things away. Sughra on coming back is very shocked and later she becomes a mental patient. Baber takes care of her. Reshma dies of cancer and her parents come on her death. Asim has already left home with his wife due to Baber. Kosar gets married to Aunt's son Majeed who is an honest police officer and likes Kosar. But he doesn't like Kosar's daughter. Kosar later gets pregnant again. Baber goes and brings Asim back to see the mother who is critically ill. Sughra dies after being sick and mentally unbalanced. Asim realizes what he has done to his parents and tells his wife to get lost when she comes on Sughra's death. Kosar gives birth to a baby boy and on the birth ceremony of the baby, a group of Trans and intersex dancers come to their house. Kosar listens to a known voice outside in the courtyard where her Aunt has taken her daughter and Majeed has taken the baby. She runs and watches Baber (Trans Woman) dancing with her mates. Kosar snatches the baby from Majeed when Baber is about to take the baby in her lap. Kosar pushes Baber who falls on the floor next to her daughter and there Baber comes to know who the little girl is. Baber tries to keep her hand on the baby's head who moves away from her. Majeed then realises what would have passed on Kosar and accepts the baby girl as his daughter.

She again wished from her husband that she would wear the same dress as her serial character wore on her engagement and it cost 15000 Rupees. Due to increased crime rate in city, police was alert and it was difficult to rob people in city. But his wife's attitude again forced him to take risk in such tension. He planned to rob his brother in law as he had a good cell phone. His brother in law was at his place. He called his friend and they both waited for him outside his house. When the boy came out, they caught him but unfortunately he forgot his cell phone at his place. When they asked for his cell phone he denied and in this argument his friend fired on the boy who died on the spot. His wife was standing behind her brother watching this all as she came out to give her brother his cell phone.

Jaffer gets job in bank and he moves to his new house provided by bank. He helps Saima (Naheed Shabbir)from ex-husband's blackmailing and later marries to her. Zahra has two kids from her husband Azam (Kaiser Khan Nizamani) but not getting enough attention from him, she is having affair with her friend's husband Shahid (Jahanzeb Gurchani). Ghulfam marries to film actress Nazli (Sara Loren) and takes power of attorney for all property from Bhabi G by doing fraud and transfers all property papers in his wife's name. Nazli and his malicious father takes over all the business from Nawaz, who can't absorb the shock and dies in Heartattach. Bhabi G gets paralyzed by pushing her down the stairs by Nazli and his father. Later Nazli's father gets arrested in involvement of Bhabi G's only son Akbar's (Shahood Alvi) murder.

Somia is about to give birth when her father comes to Karachi and she has to go to Swat with her father just after the birth. She leaves her new born daughter with her friend Sajid and promises to come back to take her daughter back. When she arrives home, she is being told that her wedding is already arranged. She speaks to her mother and refuses for the marriage but her mum does not listens to her refusal and tells her that her father will kill her if she will say this again. Sajid tries to call Somia but could not manage to speak to her. Whilst Somia, when tries to call Sajid, she cannot get hold of him. Sajid decides to take the baby to Swat to hand her over to Somia. Somia gets married again with Yawar this time. Sajid sets off for Swat with the baby. When he arrives Somia's home asks about her, he is told that she got married few days back. When asked about the baby, by Somia's father, he tells that it is his own baby. Sajid leaves taking baby with him. In Karachi, he changes his job. His friend and his family helps him in bringing up baby. They even suggest him a proposal of a teacher who will help him in taking care of baby but Sajid cannot make up his mind to get married. Due to his changed job and numbers, whenever Somia tries to call him, she can never get through. She remains disturbed and cannot get settled in her new married life. Her mother in law does not like her from start and doubts that she was married by force and she likes someone else in Karachi. Yawar also thinks the same after trying his best to cheer up Somia. They live together but their relationship remains very cold. They have a son called Shabi. Somia does seem to be very interested in having more children. Sajid brings up Faiza and tells her that her mother died long ago. He has a big portrait of Somia hanged in his home. He has close relations with his friend Faizan and his wife, whilst their son Farzan is a good friend of Faiza. In fact, both like each other and Farzan is always there when Faiza wants to share anything. Faiza accidentally comes across with Somia on airport one day when she recognizes her. She is shocked to see Somia. Somia becomes psycho patient and eventually dies. Sajid could not bear this loss again and dies after her death.

Salma curses Samina on not being happy and going to hospital. Samina goes to hospital again and get the address of lady by bribing the reception nurse with a gold chain gifted to her by Irshad on birth of son. Irshad catches her again and charges her on cheating him. Samina tells him all the truth. He takes her to the same address where Samina meets the lady and gets a chance to see her daughter. The house had signs of celebrations. Lady tells Samina that this is her first daughter after three boys and they are all very happy on having a girl. At that point being relieved, Samina accepts the baby boy as her son by heart. The fragrance of her daughter finally reached her lost mind.

Saint asked them to leave one of the babies there. Shehnaz got raged and left taking one baby, but Aftab gave the other baby to saint before leaving. Shehnaz didn't want to give any baby and tried to go back into get the baby back but Aftab did not let her. The saint used to come to the place once every year, so Shehnaz started going to the shrine every year same day to find her baby until her son was an adult. It was his birthday and she was again not home like every year, he argued with his father who told him that they both will fight her when she comes back and offered to go and bring her back. But the son refused and told his father that he himself will go to bring her back. Shehnaz found her second son fortunately after so many years at shrine and was really glad. She took the boy with her and set off for home. The other son had an accident on his way and died. When Shehnaz arrived home, she saw the ambulance at home and when she entered in with her second son, she found Aftab crying on the dead body of first son. She was destined to have one child at a time, however she wanted to get both of them together.

Majid brings her back home and beats her. She goes to see Roofi every day standing outside the gates of lady's home. She is punished by her husband again and again but she refuses to give up. Finally, one day when she is outside the gate watching Roofi going to school, Majid arrives and at homes he beats her severely about to kill her when the lady arrives and gives Roofi back to them, cussing Sajida. Sajida gets happy finding her only son back. But when Majid asks her to get Roofi ready to go for begging, Sajida decides and goes to the lady's house giving up herself for a better life of her son away from begging.

The boys tried to took him to hospital in their van but the same truck driver who left hotel sometime ago didn't give them the way, not knowing who were they, and Sheru died on the way. After few days when the driver came back to hotel, Sheru's father presented him Special Tea, when driver asked about Sheru, father told him that he died and about a truck driver who stopped their way. The driver recalled everything. Sheru's father kept filling his cup with tea telling him the details. Driver whilst leaving the hotel felt like he has been poisoned in tea. He kept feeling that and on his way this time the boys were in front of him in their van. This time they didn't know if something was wrong with truck driver and they didn't leave the way for him. When driver arrived hospital he told that he was poisoned and he couldn't survive. Doctor, when checked diagnosed that he had a heart attack.
