The tower, named 'Overlooker', brainwashes and commands the Creatures to help it in ingesting grass, water, trees and anything else preserving Eden's beauty. Eventually, it towers over a conquered wasteland. When all hope seems lost, a seed drops from the final tree, and from it hatches 'Gaia', the earth's protector. Itself and the Overlooker engage in a struggle to save Eden from this evil structure once and for all.
