This year the auditions will be held across 5 cities but this time round there is something different about the auditions! The presence of the Red & Blue team trainers! Kristy & Dave have embarked on this tireless search for sixteen new contestants. Sixteen contestants who need this shot at changing their life for the better. The auditions kick off in Manila, capital city of the Philippines with a bang! And hundreds have turned up to grab this chance for change. Kristy & Dave talk to each and every Contestant Hopeful and even put some of them through a spontaneous exercise challenge! After twelve straight hours of auditions, both the trainers know that they will be spoilt for choice. Singapore is up next. Giving Kristy & Dave a similar reception like Manila, hundreds of people have gathered for the auditions of Season 02. There are many heartbreaking stories that strike a chord with the trainers here including 26 year old Fish who wants to be an Air Stewardess. Having lost her father recently to kidney failure, she cannot help breaking down in front of Kristy & Dave. Recognising Fishs desperation, Kristy comments That is the first person who really wants it badly. The audition journey is almost half done as the Trainers move on to Malaysias capital city Kuala Lumpur. And the crowd gathered is overwhelming. Kristy and Dave do not know this yet but the first person to audition from this city is the heaviest Contestant Hopeful to have ever auditioned for the show. Nasha has been waiting since five in the morning for her audition. Weighing in at two hundred and forty eight kilograms, she holds nothing back as she shares her pain with both Kristy & Dave - I dont want to look like this. So ugly. There are many overweight contestants that are desperate for help. But despite wanting to reach out and help each of these grossly overweight people, the Trainers recognise the dangers of training someone so big its going to be very difficult and very risky to train people like that. With the auditions wrapped in Malaysia, the home of Biggest Loser Asia Season One winner is up next. Dave is not able to make it to Jakarta, but David is there to fill his shoes! The Indonesians make David proud and do their best to floor the two judges. From a recovered drug addict to a young expat father of two, there are many who stand out for Kristy & David Its just wonderful seeing all those people coming together for one particular purpose of losing weight and changing their lives And last but not the least, the final city for the auditions for the search of the cast of Season two of Biggest Loser Asia! Its time to meet the people from the land of smiles Thailand! From singers, to dancers, to martial arts experts Kristy & Dave are treated to a whole array of performances. But the trainers keep their eye out for the ones that shine. Patty is one of the last and one of the biggest Contestant Hopefuls to audition for the show. Despite finding it hard to lie down on the floor, Patty makes an effort to do the sit ups Kristy has requested of her. And with that the auditions are wrapped for Season two, and the moment of reckoning has arrived. Sixteen Contestants arrive at the IOI Resort City, dragging their suitcases and lugging the weight that they have been carrying for a long time ready to shed the kilos and change their lives. The Contestants are greeted by Marion and not allowed even a minute to get comfortable. Expect the unexpected is the theme for Season two and Marion warns everyone that they must not take anything for granted. Straight off the bat, all sixteen Contestants are told about a challenge that they have to endure immediately. Some look excited, others are shocked, but each and every one of them seems ready for this challenge Im shocked. I thought that they are gonna give me like rest first because Im still so tired. But Im so ready. Im so ready because I want this so badly. Says Yana, from Malaysia. Marion leads the Contestants to the Taman Equestrian, where a sixteen lane track is laid out. The Challenge is a race which has four parts - hop scotch, reverse run, side step and a dash to the finish, the Contestants have to give it their all to each part. But this is no ordinary Challenge. Marion tells the gathered Contestants that the fastest male and the fastest female will be declared Captains of the two teams. With the power to pick teams resting in the hands of these two people, the Contestants have a very clear motivation to give this race their best. Raj and Fish grab the coveted top spots and are crowned the two Captains of the teams, who not only have the power to choose the Contestants on their respective teams, but will also have to choose the colour of the team they want to represent! With much to look forward to, they all head back to the Mansion. Is this real? Peachy voices the general reaction from all the Contestants as they see their new abode for the first time. The huge two floor house is where all of them will be spending their time when not in the gym. The camaraderie between the Contestants is obvious as they explore the place. But there is work to be done and Raj pulls aside Fish to discuss the choosing of teams. Sitting in one of the meeting rooms in the house, the Captains decide the colours of the teams that they will both represent. Giving Red to Fish, Raj exercises control over the members of his future Blue team. Clearly a game player, he will be one to watch out for ...Im gonna play this like a game and Im gonna play this to win. Fish was the other Captain so I knew I had to like pull off the whole psychological game on her. Marion arrives at the Mansion soon after and gathers everyone in the backyard. Fish and Raj walk up to the two t shirt piles and announce to all that Fish will represent Red & Raj will represent Blue. Time for the teams to be picked. A tshirt is handed out to each Contestant as they gather behind their new Captain. Everyone is excited that they game has finally begun. No longer just colourless Contestants, the Blue & Red teams are now complete. Choosing rooms in the Mansion is next on the agenda. The colour of the walls in the house indicate the floors allocated to the two teams. Red team is on the top floor and the Blues are at the bottom. Quick movers like Nai & Scott from the Red team, pick the better of the two rooms for the boys and leave Genghis & Saw with no choice but to move into the room adjacent to the Red team girls room. Rico & Leo from the Blue team zero in on the room by the kitchen to keep an eye on what goes on in one of the most important rooms in the house! Red team Contestant Lori is quick to point out I knew you were gonna pick this room. The two teams are just about settling in, when they hear voices calling out Red team & Blue team. Kristy & Dave have come to the Mansion to meet their new teams. Dave points out what they both are feeling Weve done all of the auditions. We had been through thousands and thousands of people to find the lucky sixteen Contestants and this is where the rubber meets the road. Its time to get down to business. Dave gathers his new Blue team in the meeting room on the Blue floor, while Kristy ushers all the Reds into the Red meeting room. Excited and energetic faces greet both the trainers and Dave even gets treated to a Blue team dance courtesy the girls in his team! I think that Ive got a very high energy emotional group of people. Especially my girls! As Dave shares his training philosophy with the Blues, Kristy does the same for her new guinea pigs as she calls them. After sharing inspirational words with their respective teams, they all head out of the Mansion. The gym is now ready to be explored. Kristy & Dave lead the sixteen Contestants to their home away from home. But not everyone is excited about this brand new space The gym is like a torture chamber. Says Rico from the Blue team. As Kristy and Dave share the importance of this training space for the Contestants, Marion turns up and asks everyone to follow her up the steps to another part of the gym. The all important Biggest Loser weighing scale is now revealed! The two teams stand side by side as Marion tells them that it is time for their initial Weigh In. Each Contestant steps on the scale and their starting weight is there for all to see I dont think anybody in that room is looking forward to step on that scale. But thats what we gotta do. Its the big step to find out the truth. Says Scott. Once both teams have weighed in, Marion reminds the Contestants to take nothing for granted and always expect the unexpected in Season two. She proceeds to drop a bomb on the unsuspecting Contestants that at the end of the week, the two people with the lowest amount of weight loss will be going home. Pin drop silence receives this new twist and both teams know that they have their work cut out for them right from the start! With this crucial bit of news at the back of their minds, the Blue & Red team have their first training session with Dave & Kristy. In the Blue training session Dave assesses each team member and takes note of the tough ones over the others who will have to work harder than the rest. Yana from Malaysia has a breakdown but Dave guides her into channelling her energy towards losing weight. He does his best to inspire his Blues to give it their all in this first session - Double the elimination, double trouble. Kristy makes her Red team go through the paces from the word go. A fitness test greets the Reds and is not met with too much enthusiasm. Especially from Genghis Im in trouble. This is one of those tests that I know definitely Im gonna fail But each and every one of the Reds gives their all in this session. Except Genghis! Genghis is what I would call a female princess. He whinges. He moans. Hes cheeky Later on in the week, Kristy & Dave introduce an integral tool in the weight loss journey for the Contestants in the dining room at the Mansion. biggestloserclub.asia is a precious tool for all the Contestants that will help them achieve better results in their weight loss struggle. From the importance of the calorie equation to the knowledge of how many calories are contained in everyday food items like burgers Dave & Kristy encourage the Contestants to use this website on a daily basis and gather as much information as they can. With the week almost done, both teams must now endure and prove their mettle in their Last Chance training sessions. Dave hits the gym with his Blue team and the Reds head outdoors. Each Contestant is feeling the pressure of the possibility of being one of the two going home after the Weigh In. The Blues give it their all on the machines, going through the paces with passion and heart under Daves guidance. I am not scared about the Weigh In. Im confident about it because I know, Ive given my best. I dont think that I will be the one of the two going home. I am confident. Says Desiree from the Blue team. Kristy reminds her team that this is the last opportunity they have to cut the weight. Under the scorching sun, the Reds train without complaining. Saw is scared that he may not have done enough I dont want to be the weakest link in the team and I want to keep on pushing forward winning this competition. The session ends with the Red team having given their all for the Weigh In. The first official Weigh In for both teams is a crucial one. With two contestants on the chopping block at the end of the Weigh In, the tension is palpable in the room. Marion first calls up Raj, the Blue team Captain. As 7 kilograms pops up on the screen, Raj is more than happy with the number. Red team Captain Fish is up next. She too gets a 7 and is clearly stoked I was really really happy with that 7 kilos loss. Raj, he got a 7 and he was really so proud of it. So when I got 7 kilos with a lighter weight, my team members were really really proud of me. Shakira from the Blue team is invited by Marion next. Her 6 kilos loss gives the Blue team a bit of an edge over the Reds. Red team contestant Nai comes up to the scale. His 8 kilogram weight loss invites loud cheers from his fellow team mates. Like Shakira, Yana from the Blue team pulls a 6 kilo loss as well. Manjit from the Red team gets a 7 and is ecstatic. Leonardo from the Blue team gets a 7 too. One of the oldest Contestants on the team, Lori seems apprehensive standing on the scale. But all her tension is dissipated at she sees a 7 on the board. 7 seems to be the magical number points out Marion and invites Peachy from the Blue team on the scale. The magic doesnt seem to have rubbed off on her though and she gets a 6 kilo loss for the week. Saws 8 puts a big smile on every Red team members face. Desiree doesnt do as well though. The Blue team is clearly dejected at her 4 kilo loss. Echoing the thoughts of most of her team mates Shakira says - Desirees weight loss really shocked me. I mean, how can that happen? We worked really hard. Kristys female princess Genghis Khan is up next. The room explodes with loud cheers from the Red corner as he loses a staggering 10 kilo for the week. Genghis is obviously overjoyed - At first I thought I heard wrong. Ive never lost 10 kilos in my whole life. And in a span of one week. I mean, its completely surreal. The same luck does not shine for Rico from the Blue team. He is disappointed with his 5 kilogramme weight loss. One of the heavier Contestants on the Red team Patty on the other hand is overcome with tears of joy as she loses 7kgs. Jonathan is the last person to be weighed from the Blue team and he loses 7 kilos. Scott is the sixteenth and very last person to weigh in. His apprehension is writ large on his face - When I stepped on the scale we had a small lead but we had a higher starting weight so I wasnt sure how much I needed to contribute to hold on to that lead. But the scale is more than just kind to him. 15 is the number on the screen and the Red teams joy knows no bounds. Its time now for Marion to reveal the total kilos lost for both teams. Red team has a total of 69 kilograms as their total weight loss as a team and the Blue team is lagging behind with a 48. Marion reminds all sixteen Contestants But that may not matter because we all know that this season is all about the weight loss percentage. The moment of truth has arrived the Blue team percentage stands at 4.31%. And the Red team percentage is 5.89%. The cheering from the Reds is a stark contrast to the dejected and disappointed faces of the Blues. The Blue team have lost the first official Weigh In. We lose the first official Weigh In. It was so hard to accept because we not lose by 1 kilos or 2 kilos, it was freaking 21 kilos. We had been crushed by the Red team. Says Yana. Marion then proceeds to share the names of the two contestants who have contributed the least to the Blue teams weight loss percentage. The first name to come up having contributed only 0.36% is Desiree. And the second person who is going home today is Rico who has contributed only 0.45% to his teams total weight loss percentage. Both Desiree and Rico are very disappointed that their weight loss journey has come to an end. But as they leave the gym, they hold their heads up high and are proud of their achievements in the first week. Rico says Just one week of being here, I feel healthier. I breathe easily. I feel so light on my feet. This is just the beginning. This is just the first chapter... And now there are 14 Contestants left in the competition. 14 Contestants who will give it their all and fight it out for that one prize of being the Biggest Loser in Asia.
- Morale on the Blue team is at an all-time low, following the double elimination of Rico and Desiree. However the Blue team members are trying their best to stay positive. Well just prove to the Red team that although were just six people, we can win challenges. We can win weigh-ins and well come back. Says Shakira as she tries to comfort Peachy and Yana. While the two teams have dinner together, the contestants take a moment to praise Scott, who set a new Biggest Loser Asia record with his remarkable 15kg weight-loss. Scott, an American expat working in Indonesia, is quick to realize this great achievement comes with a price. It attracts a lot of attention most of which unwanted, so I think thats something I need to be managing and be aware of. The next morning, the Blue team reveals to their trainer Dave that they lost the weigh-in. Although Dave is disappointed, he is quick to point out that everyone put in a lot of effort last week. What they really need to do now is focus more on their diet. Peachy informs Dave that none of them knew how to cook, so their food is not as good as the Red teams. He says that it is important for them to get their eating under control. They must win the battle in the gym and in the kitchen. Meanwhile Kristy is ecstatic that her Red team has won the first weigh-in with a landslide victory. She is extremely impressed by the weight-loss results, but advises her team not to get complacent. Desperate to turn things around, the Blue team is working out harder than ever. Training has definitely intensified, but the Blue team knows that there is no time for excuses if they want to beat the Red team. While everyone seems to be working to their full potential on the Blue team, Kristy is faced with a different scenario. She has concerns about Saw and Patty, the two largest contestants on her team. Weighing 179kg, the sheer size of Patty means that she cannot take part in the same exercises as the others. Saw is finding it difficult to push aside the pain he is feeling, a result of the massive blisters on the bottom of his feet. At the first team challenge, Marion informs the contestants that they will be sailing in the Monsoon Cup Challenge under the guidance of two very experienced skippers. Only five members from each team are allowed to take part. The Red team chooses Fish, Scott, Nai, Manjit and Genghis on their boat; with Lori, Patty and Saw sitting out of the challenge. Raj, Leonardo, Shakira, Peachy and Jonathan are on the Blue team boat, with only Yana on the sidelines. As the contestants prepare to set sail, Shakira jokes, Can the boat handle all of our weight? Well probably sink the boat even before it sails away. Throughout the course of the challenge, the Red and Blue boats are neck-to-neck. However, as they near the end of the race, the Blue team manages to pull ahead. The Blue team is the first to cross the finish line, earning them their first victory in the competition. Winning feels great. The team needed it. It boosted everyones morale, a thrilled Leo comments. Screaming at the top of their lungs and pumping their fists high in the air, they are unable to contain their joy and excitement. Nai on the red team finds their actions offensive. He explains, The Blues just made it personal, because at the first weigh-in, we beat them by two people and we didnt brag about it as much. But they were just pushing it really hard. That just really pisses me off. As their reward, the Blue team spends the rest of the day relaxing at the Dewi Sri Spa at the Putrajaya Marriott Hotel and Spa. With the Blues winning a challenge, they now have the power to decide which Red member gets to sit out an upcoming weigh-in. Despite their loss, the Red boys hold a secret training session. This coming weigh-in is going to be tough. The blue team won the challenge and will get to sit two of us out. Very likely, it will be Scott, Genghis or myself. So were putting extra hours on the rest of the team. Explains Nai. Every minute counts, as the teams prepare for the upcoming weigh-in. Dave wakes his Blue team up at the crack of dawn for their last chance training while Kristy brings her team outdoors to sweat it out and burn as many calories as possible. Peachy from the Blue team is struck with some bad luck on the way home from her workout. The Thai fashionista trips and falls while running back to the mansion and sprains her ankle. A dejected Peachy says, I worked really hard this week. Unfortunately this happened to me, so I am worried if our team loses again, I might be the one who will be sent home. Its an anxious moment as the teams head into the weigh-in room. Losing is not an option for the Blue team, which is already down two members. But since they won the challenge they get to decide which two members on the Red team will sit out the weigh-in. Blue team captain Raj reveals to Marion that the team has selected Scott and Genghis and their weight loss will not count towards the Red teams total. Scott is the first person to be weighed in. After dropping 15kg last week, Scott only manages to lose 3kg. Genghis then shocks everyone by losing only 1kg, leaving Raj to question his decision to sit him out. Marion starts the official weigh-in by calling Saw up to the scale. 3kg pops up on the screen, but its not enough to impress the Malaysian. Peachy is the first person on the Blue team to step on the scale. A look of sheer disappointment spreads across her face as she realizes that she has only lost 2kg. The number 2 seems to be the magic number at the weigh-in, because Lori, Leo and Fish all followed suit. Jon, the largest male contestant, is up next. He loses 4kg and breathes a sigh of relief. His weight-loss puts the Blue team 1kg ahead of the Reds. Nai from the Red team and Shakira on the Blue team, are blessed with the same results, both have dropped 4kg this week. Reds Manjit is not as lucky as she only loses 2kg. Yana then adds another 3kg to the Blue Teams total. Patty is the last person to be weighed-in from the Red team and is amazed to see 4kg on the screen. Blue team captain Raj is the last person to step onto the scale. He loses 5kg and is overwhelmed with joy. The Red team counts a total loss of 17kg this week, the equivalent to a weight-loss percentage of 2.12%; while the Blue team has lost 20kg this week, bringing their weight-loss percentage to 2.54%. An ecstatic Blue team wins the weigh-in and Shakira is crowned the Biggest Loser of the Week. Nai is also the Biggest Loser on the Red team and has immunity at this weeks elimination. The Red team is now forced to decide who to eliminate. While deliberating at the mansion, Manjits drive and contribution to the team is questioned. It also becomes apparent that some members feel that Pattys large size and lack of mobility are factors weighing the team down. Meanwhile, Raj is working on a plan to get the stronger members out of the competition. He tries to speak to certain individuals on the Red team to persuade them to vote out their strongest team member. As the Red team starts to look divided, Lori comments, Scott, Nai and I are very aware that some of our team members have been colluding with the Blue team, and unfortunately I dont know if theyre just very gullible or very naive because Raj has a very Machiavellian mind. Hes playing them, but they dont know that theyre being played. The Red team heads into the elimination room for the first time and they walk past fridges filled with foods from their past. Marion informs them that someone will be heading home tonight and will be forced to face these temptations once again. The elimination begins with Nai and he reveals his vote for Manjit. Red team captain Fish, has written Pattys name down. Scott is next and he too votes for Manjit. Genghis votes for Patty, explaining that he feels she will slow down the team. Lori is next to reveal her vote and she has written down Manjits name as well. It becomes clear that there may be a split vote at the elimination and Marion warns them that if there should be a tie at the end of the votes, the Blue team will get to decide who goes home, except for Nai who has immunity. And luck has it that Manjit and Patty both vote for one another. Saw is next to vote and he has voted for Patty, drawing a tie between Manjit and Patty, and giving the Blues the power to vote. The Red team hangs their heads in shame and disappointment as they await the arrival of Captain Blue, Raj. The room is completely silent as Marion asks Raj to reveal his vote. Lifting his tray lid, Raj reveals his vote Scott from Indonesia. The Reds are dumbfounded, blaming their indecision for the elimination of one of their stronger teammates. Scott has lost 18kg in the two weeks on The Biggest Loser Asia. He now leaves the competition holding the record for the losing the most weight in a week. As he leaves the show, Scott comments that he had a target on his back from the get go and while he is determined to lose weight, anything can happen in a game. I knew if something was going to get it, it was probably going to be the variable I couldnt control. This is one of them. Its better to go out a winner but not everybody can do that. He says.
- SCOTT FREE BUT NOT FOR THE REDS Going into week three of The Biggest Loser Asia, the red team has unexpectedly lost its strongest member, Scott from Indonesia, and the Blues are elated. In the previous episode, the Reds had come to an impasse, as the members were not able to come to a consensus on which member to vote out at the elimination table. In a major twist to the game, instead of being able to re-vote, Raj the blue team captain was called on to decide which Red to eliminate. Always a strategist, Raj, of course, targets Scott who had been losing the most weight on the red team. Returning from Cutting the Fat off the red team, Raj is stoked. He tell to his team that it is the best week ever for the Blues. Meanwhile, the Reds are furious and at the same time worried that their trainer, the volatile Kristy will flip upon hearing that Scott has been kicked off The Biggest Loser Asia. Seeing a smiling Raj and his teammates as they return to the house, Genghis exclaims, I swear I just want to punch him! This is just a game, but hes just made it personal! The next morning, Kristy arrives at the mansion and finds the Reds in discord. Lori adds fuel to the fire as she accuses Genghis, Manjit and Patty of colluding with the Blue team. Hearing this, Kristy loses her head at Manjit and demands an explanation. Genghis is spitting mad as Lori for making what he claims is a false accusation and defends his fellow teammates. Kristy warns them that she has had enough of politics and the Reds then agree to move forward. PAYBACK TIME Its payback time in the gym for the red teams slip up at the elimination room, as the fiery Kristy Curtis intensifies her teams training session. No one whinges. No one tries to get out of doing anything. No one takes a break unless I say they take a break. Im not training anyone who doesnt want to be here, Kristy cautions them all. Kristys harsh training takes a toll on Genghis and he isnt able to keep steady on the treadmill, falling flat on his face as a result, and gets upset with Kristy. Meanwhile, the Blues are breezing through training with Dave. SANDBAGGING At this weeks challenge, teams are to transfer 100 sandbags, each weighing 10 kg, over a route of 25 meters. At the end point, each team has to build a platform out of the sandbags and once completed all of the team members must climb on top of the platform with their teams flag to claim victory. Only five members from each team can participate in the challenge. So the Reds select Fish, Saw, Nai, Lori and Genghis to compete, while Patty and Manjit sit out the competition. On the Blue front, Raj, Leo, Jonathan, Shakira and Yana get to participate in the challenge and Peachy, who is still recovering from her knee injury, stands on the sidelines. From the get-go, the Reds and Blues quickly execute their tactics, but the Blues prove that their strategy is more effective as they strike another victory. Believe in yourself, have faith! screams the blue team as they wave their flag in victory. The red team is disappointed to be defeated for yet another time but Fish, the Red captain is hopeful. She rationalises, Losing definitely sucks, thats like three loses in a row, but what matters most is the weigh in. Thats what were aiming for - to win it. While the girls on the red team congratulate the blue team for winning, the boys dont take their lost as lightly and refuse to shake hands. THE BLUES CRUISE BY By winning the challenge, the blue team not only gains the power to sit out a member of the red team at this weeks weigh-in, they also get a sunset cruise treat. On board their challenge prize of a cruise, the Blues are enjoying their time off from the gym, but Raj doesnt let up on the calorie watch. He notes, Its just wholemeal bread, ham and vegetables. About 500 calories at most... so were still within our calorie limit. HEALTHY FOOD Later in the week, the trainers Kristy and Dave drop by The Biggest Loser Asia house with a ton of junk food. The very food that the contestants love and used to eat all the time. The trainers then explain how much calories these unhealthy tidbits contain and how by using healthy recipes, they too can cook up delicious and low calorie meals. LAST CHANCES The day before the weeks weigh-in, both teams are striving for the most weight loss. The red team trains outdoor in the sun and Saw is determined to redeem himself at this weeks weigh-in by pulling a big number. A weary Saw says, We really only have ourselves to blame if we dont put in all effort and we lose the weigh-in again. After winning last weeks weigh-in, the blue team badly wants to continue their lucky streak and this makes them work out harder at their last chance training. HOW HEAVY ARE YOU? Host Marion meets the Biggest Loser Asia contestants for their third weigh in. Here, Raj announces that the blue team has decided to sit Captain Red, Fish, out of the weigh in as she brings the least amount of pounds to the weighing scale among the Reds. Fishs weigh loss wont be counted, and on the scale, standing at 85kg, it shows she has lost 2kg.Next is Shakira from the blue team. She is the previous episodes Biggest Loser, but this week she has lost only 3kg. Genghis from the Philippines is next, followed by Yana from Malaysia. They both show a 2kg loss. Lori weighs in next and like Shakira, Lori brings on a 3kg loss to her team. Jon, a true Blue, delivers the heaviest number so far in the weigh-in of 4kg, much to his joy. Manjit checks the scale and sees a 3kg loss, while a nervous Peachy, who is after her, gets a shock as she realizes that she has only lost just a kilo this week. Saw then goes on the scale to show a weight-loss of 4kg, much to Marions delight as she encourages him with a verbal pat on the back. Captain Raj gets on the scale next and adds another 2kg to his teams count. Patty from Thailand brings on an encouraging 3kg loss to the red side, totalling the Reds weight loss at 15kg. Leo, the last Blue to step on the weighing scale, is relieved to have lost 4kg. The blue team has a total weight loss of 14kg and a weight-loss percentage of 2.09%. It all goes down to the last Red to weigh in. The Reds are a nervous bunch but the Thai has lost a whopping 6kg this week, the highest among all the contestants and Nai is more than satisfied. In fact, the Reds now have a total weight-loss of 21kg and a weight-loss percentage of 2.48%. A win and a much need respite for the Reds! The red team hero of the week is Nai and he is thrilled. He says, I went berserk. The satisfaction of losing so much weight rushed through my veins! In a twist of fate, it is the blue team that is heading to the elimination room. A relieved Leo is the only one safe from elimination as he is his teams biggest loser and has gained immunity. WHO WILL STAY, WHO WILL GO? Back at the mansion, the blue girls believe that one of them will go back home tonight. Shakira notes to her fellow females, I know the boys will never ever vote for each other. And her observation seems to be accurate. At the dining room, the boys are discussing who they think should go home and it boils down to either Peachy or Yana. OUT BUT NOT DOWN For the first time the blue team face Marion in the elimination room. Raj admits that the blue team has to rethink their strategy as they did wrong with sitting Fish out of the weigh-in. The cutting the fat begins with Leo who has voted for Yana. Next voting is Shakira and on her plate is Yanas name too. After her is Yana who wants Peachy off the team. Peachy too has voted for Yana, and Captain Raj has done likewise. With four votes for Yana, the Blues have decided that Yana is the fat cut from the game and Jon does not need to vote. Yana takes her elimination well and promises not to stop training even after she goes home. Yana vows to her team before leaving the show, See you in the finale and you guys are going to see a new me.
