And he's back in the sixth installment of Al Lowe's singles scene set-up, an epic saga of absurdity, ingenuity, and raw, unbridled rejection. As a consolation prize for his humiliating performance on a TV dating show, Larry wins two weeks at the fabulous La Costa Lotta Spa (first prize - one week!). Surrounded by nine smart, savvy, beautiful women, Larry will surely meet Ms. Right. Right? Wrong! Help Larry overcome all the odds and experience True Love. Save him from dozens of hilariously hopeless encounters. We don't care how you do it, but whatever you do, deliver this male! It's prime Leisure Suit Larry, the most laughable loveless loser to ever grace the small screen.
- Homeworld: Cataclysm is a stand-alone expansion for the Real-Time Strategy Homeworld. It includes a new race called "The Beast", an alien sort of biomechanical parasite that "converts" any other units that come in close proximity to such "infected" Beast units. There are also new units available, such as the Mimic, a fighter that nearly perfectly imitates other units and objects (even such as asteroids); a Ramming Frigate, which rams itself into hostile ships, and many more new units also. Home-base management has become more complex: If one wants to research new ship classes, one must build a Research Laboratory to do this. If one wants to research a new weapon technology, one must construct yet another Lab. If the player wants to expand his fleet, he must build rooms for his pilots, to support them. All of these add-ons are attached to the "Mothership" (which in this game is actually a large Mining vessel). The Missions' design and scenarios are also new and quite different from as in Homeworld. The controlling user-interface is also improved.

If you can get past the glow of his Grecian formula, you can see his hairline beginning to make a hasty retreat from his forehead. Larry's leisure suit is of the highest quality (100% manmade material, permanent press too!). He wears at least 11 gold chains and his freshly-capped teeth could blind you in a bright light. Down at the singles bar he tells the chicks, "Sure, I'm single...I got in a fight with my ol' lady and she threw me out." He doesn't tell them the "ol' lady" was his mother, or that he was 38 at the time. He's the original blind date nightmare. The kind of guy you wouldn't want your daughter to date, let alone meet. But he's also the unlikely "hero" of this animated adventure game from the makers of the King's Quest series. Become the loveable nerd Larry for one fabulous night. You'll dance. You'll drink. You'll gamble. And, if you play your cards right, you might even meet the girl (or girls) of your dreams. Leisure Suit Larry is a humorous, harmless endeavor for adults. The object of the game is to help Larry overcome his jerkisms and lose his "you-know-what." It's a silly, risque romp through the singles scene and a challenging adventure game that will test your street smarts and suave sophistication. So, slip into your leisure suit and venture out into "the land of the lounge lizards." We guarantee it'll be a night you will never forget.

The realm is in bad shape: the old king has very recently been brutally murdered by an unknown assassin; the coastline villages have been raided, ransacked and occupied by invading Hesperian mercenaries; wild animals and ravenous monsters roam the land and sea; and an ancient prophecy, foretelling the reawakening of a terrible dragon that had ravaged the land ages ago, arises once again. The centaur Logos, previously the late king's chief counselor and now the acting ruler of the realm, has decreed that the ancient ceremonial Rites of Rulership be opened to those who wish to contend for the kingship. Encouraged by his old friend, the noble Liontaur paladin Rakeesh, the hero enters the rites and finds himself racing to complete noble quests of bravery and honor around the realm, before they are accomplished by such other worthy contenders as Elsa von Spielburg (the Baron's daughter from QfG1); Magnum Opus, a vainglorious Roman warlord; or the brutish humanoid giant Gort. While on these quests, the hero will encounter many old friends and familiar faces, and will possibly even get the chance to rekindle the flame of an old romance. But meanwhile, in the shadows, an invisible hand aids the success of one of the contestants, and is constantly working to disqualify - or eliminate - all others. Thus, while treachery and death hide around every corner, an ancient evil is about to be unchained, the land about to be blasted once again by dragon fire...
